I am Welsh, English, Icelandic and Scottish. My grandma and my aunt were both born in Wales so I feel closer to that side. Plus, I have a very Welsh middle name.

Through the English we may have gypsie and or Spanish as they travelled through yrs ago.
My grandmother had black hair which is uncommon among the English so one never knows.
As for the Scottish many intermarried so I have quite a bit of Scots in me....
Scottish comes from my moms side and from my paternal side.

I'm half Swedish, 1/4 English and 1/4 Scotch.

A few years ago I did a genealogy search for my mom's side. She passed away in 1989 and was from West Virginia (I was born and raised in Minnesota), so I did a search on her maiden name. Although I knew some of my aunts and uncles, the search got me in touch with several cousins! Most of them have been Christians!! And I found out, after always thinking that I was 1/2 Irish, that that wasn't the case. That was where the above '1/4 English and 1/4 Scotch' came from.

I've really enjoyed doing this search. Very interesting! My sister had been to Sweden and had done the search on THAT side of the family, too. That was interesting, too.
