I had brilliant thought about 15 minutes ago and I totally forgot about it.
I can’t believe this.

Anyway im in dilemma, should I get fireworks or not. Maby if I get just few.

Why buy them when the communen has a proffs exibition at prick midnight.

This what I always say but would be nice to have own fireworks for once.. but I think I won’t buy any. Not sure.

Fireworks for personal use are banned here. I think they are considered very dangerous?

My state has thought rules regarding fireworks. Sparklers are about the most extreme thing we can buy here. The state next to me allows pretty much anything and is less than an hour drive. So, for instance, our fourth of July is filled with illegal fireworks popping off. The cops never do anything.

Well... today is the last day off from all the holiday breaks. Kind of sad... and now we're into January...One of the most brutal winter months... that and February. Although I do like the feeling of the start of a new year.

Cannot imagine what life is like for those who suffer from chronic migraines.

Lol I have them occasionally. Migraine pain is something else. All you can do is to go dark room, better if you have earplugs and pray you get some sleep. I don’t have any medication for migraine and paracetamol doesn’t do much anything so there is nothing to do about it other than waiting and try to get some sleep.

It's the long summer holidays here. School won't go back until the end of January. I'll take a couple of weeks' leave, too, and that will be a nice change of pace for us all.

I thought that the proof that the world wa round was the Cat. If the earth was flat the cats would have knocked everything off it!

I used to be in a Toastmasters Club. One of the other members had a daughter who lived in Sweden somewhere. I think she married a Swedish bloke.

Anyway the Toastmasters member and his wife went to Sweden to visit their daughter a few years ago. But they went right in the middle of the Swedish winter (cheaper fares I suppose?).

He said he didn't see the sun for six weeks! When he got off the plane in Brisbane on the return trip, he said he just about did what the Pope does when he visits and kneeled down and kissed the ground!
