You find it "amusing" that Trump mocks those who serve in our Armed Forces?
It's reactions to Trump's stupid quips I find amusing. The 24/7 every minute of every day publicity he gets.

Haley is hitting back with a campain ad:
I hope most of her campaign ads are about her and what she has to offer. A campaign that mainly focused on Trump and not on herself was Hillary's mistake.

Perhaps. What was Mr.Trump telling us about what he has to offer by asking where a rival's husband was?

Considering Trump's popularity compared to Haley's, she's the one who needs work overtime at selling herself to the voters. What she's doing at the moment is giving publicity to Trump.

People keep thinking that evidence of his low character will make a difference.

I don't know, the one election he won the narrative was "he'll step up and mature into the role". After that didn't happen, he lost the next time around.

I suppose I can take solace in the fact that it's not only Democrats who make impotent attack ads.

....yea, leading with CNN news clips probably isn't the best way to reach her target audience.

Is this the video clip where Donald "We don't have any concerns for his mental acuity" Trump forgot what day of the week it was?

Yet another instance where trump is a misanthrope and right wingers here still can't bring themselves to roundly condemn the behaviour.

It sounded like it had to do with a previous situation. But whatever the case the level of hyperbolic reactions Trump quips get is pretty amusing. Another "it must be a slow news day" headline.
1) Why would you say it's hyperbole when he makes these awful comments every day?

2) I assume that individuals who excuse Trump's petty and awful comments, could only do so if they accept that kind of behaviour from people they surround themselves with. And I feel pity for that because it belies a lack of self respect to allow one's self to be treated that way (and by extension I think, to allow others to treat others that way).

How often does a jerk have to prove he's a jerk before you accept it? And to what depths does he have to sink? Cause I honestly have no clue how much lower Trump has to sink....bragging about assault women, about peeping on 15/16 year olds...making fun of disabled people....disrespecting fallen (and wounded) soldiers.

He's just an awful person because he does and says awful things.

I could see a lot of justifiable outrage if Michael Haley is on the front lines fighting a battle. But he's stationed at a training facility.
Taunting her about her husband is outrageous, but Donald is a low class dude. We all know this.

On the contrary - this is to distract from Donald's many court cases and other bad news.

Too often, I get the feeling that we are just supposed to accept his behavior....and in doing so, it becomes the "new norm" for selecting our candidates for office. Too often I see dismissive comments like - "Trump says stupid things" or "We're not electing a pastor" or "he's joking".
Think about the message that sends to the young people in our nation. It's okay to mock and bully others.

At the same time wings, I wouldn't be surprised if people who excuse that behaviour participate in that behaviour.

Not that that is something anyone would EVRR willingly admit to.....because they know it's awful

This being blown so out of proportion is why so many just roll their eyes at it.

That's what I call hyperbole.

I saw to way too many attacks on Donald's wife and even his minor child to take a lot of the left's sanctimonious indignation too seriously. Especially when it's usually seasoned with 'anyone who doesn't go along with us is a total scumbag'.

People can say whatever they wish because this is what sets him apart.

It isn't a quirk it is a feature.

The majority of Republican's want this guy representing them. It says a lot about them.

This should spark a backlash and an apology, but it's Teflon Don in action. He could ask why Biden's first wife doesn't support him, and his poll numbers wouldn't be affected.
It’s worse. He’s alluding to rumors that she had an affair. I don’t understand the need to attack someone who is trailing by 30 points in her home state.

Republicans have made someone who acts like a jerk for attention regularly their standard bearer, so, they don't get to be mad when the rest of us think that it's because that's what they want representing them.
