Still no "Yod"s in my bible. It doesn't matter how many times you post about "Yod" they're not going to magically show up in my bible -- it's written in English, not Hebrew. And none of this fixes your "stars embedded in the atmosphere = firmament" problem.

Just because you don't want to accept the evidence does not mean that there is no evidence.

And saying that evolution is fact is not saying that there is no God. Science only studies the natural world, it cannot study the supernatural world.

While this is true generally, I do know that not a single verse in my copy of the bible is written in Hebrew. If it was written in Hebrew, rather than English, it would make it rather hard to use as it is intended for English readers (and therefore translated into English).

I also know that worship has nothing to do with science, and that there are no stars in the atmosphere. So as long as you claim that "firmament = atmosphere" and the verse states that the stars are in the firmament, then it is wrong. (As I wrote before, my copy of the bible has removed the word firmament from the translation and instead refers to the stars in the *sky*. If there is anything the RCC is good at it is pretending that wrong things aren't really there.)

That is because you have a translation. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew. The new testament was written in Greek. I have 15 translations that I use, but the main translations are the King James Version and the New International Version. I use Strongs Concordance to help me understand Hebrew and I study the language itself from the Hasidic on YouTube.
