CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Computer nerd here as well as an art geek.
Love drinking coffee and beating the socks off my bestfriend in phase10 at a local coffee house.
I still go see local christian bands play when I know about the gig.

read, listen to music, chat on here, watch a good comedy or a good mystery, go to hockey games, window shopping, take long drives in the country on a nice day, go for a nice walk on a nice day, sleep, sit outside on a nice day with a nice cup of tea, play with the cats. Just to name a few....

Now that you are a thirtysomething, what do you do for fun? When you want to do something just for enjoyment and nothing else. What is appropriate for someone who is a thritysomething to do for fun??
I often go to the senoir center for a game of bingo.
I enjoy surfing the web, coming on here and emailing family and friends overseas. I enjoy my PS2 and listening to music loud when the hubby's out (although I'm sure he plays his music even louder when I'm not around) I enjoy taking my rc buggy out with my husband when he also takes his rc monster truck out. I like that my husband and I are still kids at heart and enjoy things like our rc cars!
