I should rather say "for biological life". Carbon has some advantages over silicon.

There was also a thought experiment in the OP video - if we will replace one natural neuron by a silicon one, one after another, until the whole brain is made of silicon, will we believe the person if he were saying "I am still here" the whole time? If not, where would be the limit?
Is selfhood only in the physical brain? The heart's nervous system contains around 40,000 neurons, the gut contains 500 million neurons,

I've heard somewhere that these neurons (added: brain neurons) are part of the little brain in the heart. From my Christian worldview, the bible sometimes talks about the heart as if it thinks or does more than pump blood.

The same thought extends into other spiritual trajectories as well.

my challenge was to show something can have both a physical age, and an existential age.

Thus the earth could be 4.7 billion years old, but it has only been in existence since 4004 BC.
We see this in Genesis 2 "4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,

"These are the generations" "in the day". How are you going to explain the generations that take place in a day? Can you do that or are you just going to bait and switch and say it means something other than what we are told?

Time is relative.
  1. Relativity Theory: Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity revolutionized our understanding of time. According to the theory, time is not an absolute quantity but is relative to the observer’s motion and gravitational field. The famous equation (E=mc^2) demonstrates the equivalence of mass and energy, emphasizing the interconnectedness of space, time, and matter.
The earth rotates at 1,000 miles an hour. Did you know we are going that fast? Yet the Earth rotates the sun at 20 miles per second.

The solar system orbits the center of the Milky Way galaxy at an average speed of 230 kilometers per second (km/s), or 828,000 kilometers per hour (km/h), which is about 143 miles per second (mi/s) or 514,000 miles per hour (mph). This speed is about 1/1300 of the speed of light.

Everything is relative. Just as we are all related. In fact we share many common ancestors.

Using her grandfather”s genealogy database, BridgeAnne d”Avignon, 12, a seventh grade student at Monte Vista Christian School in Watsonville has found that every president, except eighth president Martin Van Buren, is descended from King John of England.

I'm trying to make a connection can you help me out.
I direct you to the various mystics of the world religions. Those folks tend to explore consciousness through the lens of an inner experiencing of consciousness itself. One could look at like consciousness experiencing consciousness to see what they see from that perspective.

Brain has about 100 billion neurons.

I have not found any source saying that the heart or gut neurons are part of our consciousness or thought creation. Only that the gut neurons can influence our mood. So, I do not know, but it seems its only in brain, so far.

Consciousness itself is the central sense of self aware of all that other stuff. And it transcends the brain and matter.
I have to quibble just a little bit. Or more likely I'm miss-understanding what you wrote. I'm aware that I experience consciousness differently than most here as I tend to take in the whole of existence as One, which can lead to miss-understandings on my part. The questions I ask in response to the above that I reference: Is a worm self aware? Or a micro-organism self aware? I don't believe so in either case, yet they both have a rudimentary type of consciousness. Or a plant whose leaves follow the sun. Is that a type of consciousness? My answer is Yes. Those example transcends the brain and even matter. But not at the level of self awareness.

Like a meta consciousness. Consciousness of consciousness as you mentioned earlier.

A question for those working with the heart might look at it's pitch and ask: Where is the heart, Is it awake? Is it dull? Is it really present?

Got it.

So Doctor Loves comes around and asks, "Where is the heart, Is it awake? Is it dull? Is it really present?"

Is that what you're saying?

It's been noted by those who work with the spiritual heart that a broken heart has a way of opening an otherwise closed heart.

Methinks you've been listening to the Bee Gees too long.

I'm going to give you credit for not seeing these guys as a trinity.

The irony is one of the Bee Gees died during heart surgery when he was in his early 50's.

The answer to how to mend a broken heart is to control your hormones.

Broken heart syndrome, also known as takotsubo cardiomyopathy or stress cardiomyopathy, is a temporary heart condition that can be triggered by a surge of stress hormones, such as adrenaline. These hormones are released in response to stressful events to help the body cope, but in some cases, they can overwhelm the heart and cause damage.
