Defendants agree that neither the Transgender Policy nor the Conduct Policy encourage withholding of information of any kind from parents and further Defendants state that these policies are intended to foster partnership not exclusion.
It can be plainly seen that the school not only has a policy to keep parents informed but they claim that they did so in this case. And offering these claims in court, you can bet your bottom dollar that they have the means to prove it. By email records, documents, records of meetings etc.
So if you want to believe the woman, go for it. Or you can go with statements produced in court. Guess which one I'm choosing. Now you're 0 for 6.
