Yeah. She also yells at me for walking funny around her and not getting close enough up to her. She's like "You think I'm some germ?!" "You're being really mean to me!" When I honestly am not aware I'm doing anything.. I mean understandably I'm a little off-ish with her.. but I mean come on.

Always on eggshells with that gal.. lol.

I guarantee you if she were a male saying those things she’d be out on her ear for harassment.

My sister is cooking a chicken pasta dish. It smells right good. She's also making garlic bread, which makes everything better.

I really like sour dough bread, too. I wonder if that makes good garlic bread.

I think sour dough is the only bread that’s safe for type 2 diabetics. I like it even as a pizza crust. Not sure how it would work out as garlic bread. It’s pretty dense.

Well, that's what I was wondering. I didn't have the word for it, but "dense" is the one. It might be a tooth breaker as toast, lol.

Yeah I find it only works in certain ways. Not that I eat a ton of it but I have had sourdough crust for pizza that seems to work well.

I had one Lunchable and a 12 oz. can of Sprite for lunch today.

Not my ideal lunch.. but it's something that has a light calorie load.. and before hand I was simply skipping lunch altogether.

I just watch my portion size. Try to stay away from really processed stuff for the most part.

Had the last of my salmon yesterday but surprise, surprise,

daughter mine came with a box of Islandic cod caught on hook,

cleaned and ready, skinfree and bonefreee.
Which was great, she works hard and lives a long distance on an island,

so will enjoy it more therefore.

I’ll eat salmon but I’m not a big fan of it. I’m not sure why. It tastes kind of strong to me. Cod is really good though. IMO.

Smoked salmon with potatoe sallad are one of my favorites during summermonths,
Though must say, I miss the home cooking of my before wife.
