Had a smoothie and boiled egg this AM. Just prepped this for dinner tonight.

A tried and true recipe I use that you might want to try.

Sounds good. I like eggs although they can make my stomach queasy. So I do pay for eating them, lol.

That’s too bad. They are a quick boost of protein. Glad to have the pork tenderloin prepped. All I have to do is put it in the oven.

Hmmm... Maybe tonight I'll cook up a Thai green coconut curry with rice. I'll probably saute some mushrooms and onions in wine and throw that in too. I'm lucky that my city has like 10 different Asian stores to pick up ingredients from. :D

Hah! Washington state. :) The NW coast is pretty much a gateway to the east, so there's a lot of variety when it comes to Asian imported foods. Asian ingredients even tend to find their way into our local traditional dishes because of that fact.

What’s your specialty?

Hah! Well, I make pretty good oven baked salmon musubi and ramen (though I add so much to my ramen that it's more like a stew). I also make a pretty nice cioppino. :D I just like working with seafood a lot, though that might have to do with where I live.
