It’s vegetarian. Made with lentils, etc. tried it for the first time today. Very healthy and very filling. A quick fix too. You could eat it with corn tortillas or whatever. Not as healthy though. :)

String Cheese...and again I wonder why it tastes better when you pull it off into little string strips instead of just eating a chunk?

It’s probably texture and just enough to get the flavor you like.

Yes, could be. I have a friend that says it's because you get more air around the food that way and so the flavor is enhanced. Of course he was smiling when he said it...

Well imagine taking a big bite off a slab of cheese. Then slicing a thin piece off that block. The sliced cheese gives just the right amount of flavor and texture as compared to putting a big hunk in your mouth. :)

O.K. I'm convinced. Even my dog prefers a stringy strip to a hunk. Yes, I performed a little doggy experiment on her.:dog:

I had some homemade blueberry cheesecake for my birthday.

Conratulations.

The other day I was buying some food and after paying and putting it in my bag

was just leaving and the girl shopassistent called out,
"Congratulations in afterhand"

Surprised I asked her what for,
with a big grin she replied,

"Your birthday a couple of days ago."
Haha, she had seen my ID. :)
