I cannot usually sit through one book at a time. I usually get too bored with it and have to stop and pick up on it later. I'm halfway through all 4 of them.
In the last couple of days: Basic Christianity by John Stott, and The Practice of the Presence of God and the spiritual maxims by Brother Lawrence.
Tomorrow I've got the day off work (Bank Holiday) and I'm going to spend the whole day reading!
I've been leisurely enjoying the 'Merrily Watkins books ("about a down-to-earth female priest of the Church of England employed as an exorcist") by Phil Rickman. Finally got the next one in the series; 'The Lamp Of The Wicked' off Amazon for a penny. Bargain
