We give thanks

I give thanks every morning when I wake that I have another day to spend in the Word and become a better Christian.
I'm thankful for my little buddy "Drago" who keeps me company each day and keeps me smiling!
I give thanks for these pain medications that help get me thru my day however, I wish I didn't have to take them all the time.
I'm thankful that Jesus loves me!
I'm thankful for this new forum and the new friends I'm making by being here.

Thankful that my computer is working.

My boss's wife is in the hospital for her pancreas. I guess the reading is supposed to be 385 on some enzyme and hers was 5000+! If you could pray for her I would be thankful for that too!

Got my braces on in Feb 2011 and off July 16, 2012 so a year and a half almost?

Boss's wife still in the hospital. Sad thing is his mom died in her forties from a brain anyrism (sp) so imagine those thoughts going thru his head. He is about the same age his dad was when his dad lost his wife and his wife is in her forties. The hospital won't let her go until her levels come down. They were at 2500 yesterday s/b 385

I am thankful of the compliment my oldest son gave me when he saw me without braces. He said "my mom's hot!" You'd have to know him to know he wouldn't just randomly say this, so it meant alot.

I am thankful everyday to come to this forum (well M-F anyway ) and see this thread in my list of threads with responses

I am thankful that I am getting used to my retainer. My gag reflex is still strong but it is getting better Praise the Lord!

Today I am thankful for my friends here on the internet and the opportunities it gives me to share about Christ and the Word and also the opportunity it gives me to pray for those here in need.

I am thankful that I get to go to dinner with my friend that has cancer and I can eat food without it feeling like it is stuck in my braces!

I am thankful that my older son is now not planning on moving out until January at least!

I am thankful that my step daughter got an attorney and seems to be OK mentally for the moment

I am thankful that even though I have no blood brothers and sisters that I have many friends that are brothers and sisters to me
