Was Jesus the only person who never sinned?

First a question: Do you believe a Christian is under the law of Moses, the Ten Commandments?

Not exactly, I believe we are under Jesus’ two commandments. Love God with all your heart soul and mind and love each other as Jesus loves us. By keeping His two commandments we will automatically keep the 10 commandments because all of the commandments are based on these two commandments. Do you believe we will be saved if we don’t love God or if we don’t love others?

Yes, every one of us has sinned. BUT when one is born again, what does that mean to you? Are we sinners, or children of God?

We are a servant to the master whom we serve. Romans 6:15-16

I know that Jesus was tempted in every way, yet did not sin. From conception He had the seed of the Father. Thus He was born of God.

9 Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.

This means those that receive the baptism of the Spirit have the "seed of God" in them. But there are two others I'm curious about.

What about John the Baptist. He received the Holy Spirit while in Elizabeth's womb.

And what about Enoch who walked with God, and He took him.

There are another two commandments that says it better. 1 John 3:23.

My question is, did John the Baptist sin since he was born of God in the womb. And if Enoch sinned, why would God take him. To me that means Enoch didn't sin.

Knowing about sin and committing sin are two different things. I know about murder, but I've never murdered. So that is not proof.

Question, Bob: What does it mean to be born again? What changes are there? And why?

I think we can toss Abel and Elijah in the mix here too.

Abel and Enoch were pre-Mosaic Law, so "for where no law is, there is no transgression." (Rom 4:15)
Elijah...Didn't die, but was taken away ala Enoch.
And as you pointed out, John had the Spirit of God from the womb.
I don't think any of the four committed sin.

Using this logic, Adam and Eve did not sin either because Abel was their son. So I would count Abel out of it.

John the brother of James. He was an apostle. John the Baptist was a prophet who baptized Jesus. He preached repentance, and that repentance makes the crooked path straight. In other words, we need to repent. And that is why Jesus will give you the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38
