I tried to sign in, but after placing my information in, it made a suggestion for other courses, and I could not get back to sign up. Why did it throw me out? (I'm 79 and hold an MA in mathematics). But for some reason, it didn't want me in. But that's o.k. I'll just teach myself. Why do I need the course?
Well, in all my talks with atheists, they always bring up science, especially Darwin's theory. Then its the big bang, then is quantum physics, they some far-out science that I've not heard of, such as junk DNA. If I bring up the bible, they scoff, sneer, and try to humiliate me.
Well, I've had it. I'm going to educate myself and give them an answer.
Any suggestions of where to start?
By the way, the atheists don't have a book, such as the 66 books written by 50 authors over a period of hundreds of years that are consistent, reliable and reveal the real God. Most of them (atheists) know a lot intellectually about God, since they want to know what they are rejecting, because they have inspected this great book, but they have decided they do not want moral accountability. But let's have a level playing field. Atheist, where is your corresponding book that I can read, analyze, inspect fo errors, etc.? (besides Hutchins, Dawkins, and all the rest which throw all the science at us)
