Virus Connected to Autism

There is a new research institution, the Whittemore Peterson Institute, that has stumbled into a virus that has been found in a disease called CFS and they also found this virus in Autism. There nothing solid yet, but they are looking into it. It' a new institution that need your help to support their research. They are in the running to receive 100,000 from vivant. I have read several articles about the relationship between CFS and autism. Here is a quote from one of them:

Not all Autism cases are caused by the presence of this disease agent, but the number of Autism cases not caused by this disease agent probably have remained relatively constant as an overall percentage of the population

I have longed believed that ultimately they will find many causes of autism, not just one. In the case of my family, I can see the genetic tendencies for AS in both my father and grandfather and now my son. And from what I understand about my great grandfather, he was just like the rest of us. I believe the AS genes have been in my family for generations.
I also had a friend in high school, who now has a profoundly autistic child. Him and his family we're about the polar opposite of autistic. So something else is going on here.
