I go by and read The Holy Bible... I also study the original Greek words that The Holy Bible was written in so it is unnecessary to read another version that came after the original scrolls. I do not go/live by what man says or teaches unless it adds up with God's Word. This is a verse from some of those that you venerate:

My point is that many biblical facts and proofs have been displayed throughout this thread that are very clear on what God's word says....the Catholics here have posted things that were unscriptural and therefore have no real place to stand on.....it's very simple ....Indeed God speaks still today, but He doesn't contradict Himself! His Word is sure and true!

WORSHIP is the adoration and reverence that we give ONLY to God. St. Aquinas distinguished this kind of worship that is due only to God with the theological term latria, derived from the Greek, latreia meaning "service, worship".
Veneration is derived, in St. Aquinas's distinctions, from another Greek word, doulia. This theological term refers to the respect and honor given to saints and angels on account of their supernatural excellence with God.
These are entirely two different things. Worship is adoration given only to God because He is God and the Creator of all things.
We Venerate the saint and angels because God has graced and honored the Saints with Salvation and a place in heaven, and has honored the angels with His heavenly presence and service to Him. When we honor what God has honored in this special way, we honor God.
This is similar to the human family. If my daughter is given an award, or given honor and respect from people because of some great thing she has accomplished, that honors me. What honors the child, honors the parent.
To Venerate objects like the True Cross is similar. We give honor and notice to those objects because they are objects that hold great value and honor with God. The Bible has examples of people honoring objects (relics) such as in Acts 19:11-12.
In human experience, trivial as it is, we see something similar. A person may honor and admire our home, or car, or the degrees we have hanging on the wall. When those people give admiration for those things that we have, it honors us.
To honor a man's possessions is to honor the man.
To give honor to the True Cross gives honor to the person who died upon it. To honor a relic is to honor the saint to whom it belonged and who served God with distinction.
This honoring (veneration) of people or objects is not worshipping. It is not idolatry. The honor is given not because of the person or thing in-and-of-itself. Rather it is given only because that person or object has some special connection to God of whom we love.

The Veneration without that connection with God is meaningless.

Yep.............How lucky we truly are to have the fullnes of the faith.........we have the <Word> and Sacred Tradition....yep we got it pretty well covered I'd say some just haven't got a clue to all that they are missing....truly sad............
Let us pray that they come to know the Lord as closly as we do

You do realize that when the KJV says "worship," it means what worship meant back in 1611.

Worship back then had a wider definition. It meant both latria and doulia and you would have to be very careful to tell which it meant by looking at the context.

Thankfully, English is a very adaptive language, and with more words now in use, worship today means latria and reverence means doulia and even hyperdoulia.

Gee...then why do you even believe in the Trinity? The orthodox dogma of it as shown in the Nicene Creed isn't found in Scripture.

But...since you asked:

Ex. 25:18&#8211;20 (cherubim of gold...cherubim are angels)
1 Chr. 28:18&#8211;19 (statues of angels with altars!)
Ezekiel 41:17&#8211;18 (statues in the worship hall!)
Num. 21:8&#8211;9 (venerating statues of serpants! God told them too not just make it, but venerate it!!!)
