Still, saying "everyone does it", is a faulty argument for anything.

I am defending the reliability of the evidence he put forth in the film.

A convicted felon already convicted of election crimes, and you want to believe him. Why? And the argument that "everyone does it", is not a reason to trust him now.

I notice that his book has suddenly been withdrawn for "correction" by the publisher.

Hypocrisy? Well, there is some...

A just-released poll by The Economist and YouGov finds seven in ten Americans (70%) say it’s important for presidents to follow the Presidential Records Act, including 90% of Biden voters and 68% of Trump voters.

But for Republicans, the bar is far higher for Hillary Clinton and her private email server – a far-less serious act.

More than nine out of ten Republicans say Clinton’s use of a personal email address – not a crime – was “serious,” but the majority of Republicans (52%) say Trump removing classified and even top-secret federal government documents from the White House for apparent post-presidency use – possibly if not likely a criminal act – was not.

The poll does reveal nearly eight in ten Americans (79%) say it was “more wrong,” than “more right” of Trump to remove the classified documents, including a strong majority of Republicans (61%).

Meanwhile, most Americans (57%) say they would approve of the Dept. of Justice opening a criminal investigation into Trump possibly violating the Presidential Records Act by removing the classified and even top-secret intelligence and national security documents. Only 29% of Republicans agree.

Poll Exposes GOP Hypocrisy on Trump Removing Classified Docs From White House vs. Hillary Clinton's Private Email
And this is the most reliable poll for sure! You do realize polls can be manipulated and made to say anything based on how the questions are asked. Polls are not evidence of anything.

The Economist Media Bias Rating

"The Economist media bias rating is Lean Left.
The Economist's media bias rating is featured on the AllSides Media Bias Chart™.

The Economist has a Lean Left media bias.

As of August 2018, 608 AllSides readers agreed with this media bias rating, while 1,302 disagreed. Of those who disagreed, the average said The Economist has a Center media bias. Because people are inherently biased themselves, AllSides analyzes these community feedback results to look for warnings that our current media bias ratings may be off. In the case of The Economist, the number of community members who disagree may trigger AllSides to look closer at this source.

In September 2013, The Economist published an article explaining whether or not it is left- or right- wing. The publication said it is "neither. We consider ourselves to be in the "radical centre.""

Lawyers allied with former President Donald Trump directed a data firm to copy information from local election systems in three battleground states, records obtained by The Washington Post show.
The data firm, SullivanStrickler, copied sensitive information from a Dominion voting system in Coffee County, Georgia, and were directed by Trump-connected attorneys to do the same in Michigan and Nevada, the Post reported on Monday.
The effort was revealed through records that were subpoenaed in a long-running lawsuit about election security in Georgia. The multi-state scheme underscores the lengths that allies of the then-President were willing to go to in their campaign to pursue debunked allegations of widespread voter fraud and overturn the results of the 2020 election.
While the data firm's examinations were allowed by courts in two counties, according to the Post, the efforts were not public and state authorities have open investigations into improper equipment breaches in Michigan and Georgia.

Because he brought the facts to our attention.

He's merely making claims, which have been repeatedly refuted in court, including courts presided over by Trump appointees. So I can believe a convicted felon, or I can believe all those judges.

Not much of a choice, is it?

Former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, facing a defamation lawsuit about false claims of voter fraud, asked a federal appeals court to reverse sanctions levied against her because conspiracy theories she shared could "be true."

A federal judge in Michigan referred Powell and eight of her fellow attorneys to face sanctions and possible disbarment over their efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. Powell alleged that widespread voter fraud ensured President Joe Biden's victory over former President Donald Trump in Michigan and other states.

Then why are you complaining? BTW, there are a number of ways that GPS on a phone can give you a wrong location or no location at all. Would you like to learn about that?

Such data is only an indicator; over time, a large number of data points are probably reliable, but you can't count on a single point being accurate.

I believe there are also apps that can alter your phone's calculations of where you are.

Not much of a choice, is it?
Which specific court case ruled on the validity of the videos of ballot stuffing mules? Which specific court case heard the confession of those that admitted to participating for pay? Which specific court case actually rejected the facts of the film? Which specific court case had the film entered into evidence?

‘2000 Mules’ based on hard facts

The last sentence quoted from the above Washington Times article.

"I challenge any Democrat, Trump hater, any Never Trumper to watch the film and see whether their rock-solid belief in the honesty of Mr. Biden’s election remains so afterward."

WASHINGTON, Aug 25 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Wednesday sanctioned Sidney Powell and other lawyers who sued in Michigan to overturn Democratic President Joe Biden's election victory over Donald Trump, and suggested they might deserve to lose their law licenses.

In a highly anticipated written ruling, U.S. District Judge Linda Parker in Detroit said the pro-Trump lawyers, including Powell and prominent litigator Lin Wood, should have investigated the Republican former president's voter fraud claims more carefully before filing what Parker called a "frivolous" lawsuit.

In the early morning of Jan. 7, hours after Trump supporters stormed the Capitol, the U.S. Congress certified enough Electoral College votes for President Biden to declare him winner of the election ( here ).

As reported by Reuters here , state and federal judges - some appointed by Trump - dismissed more than 50 lawsuits brought by Trump or his allies alleging election fraud and other irregularities.

Independent experts, governors and state election officials from both parties say there was no evidence of widespread fraud.

According to the Washington Post here , instead of alleging “widespread fraud or election-changing conspiracy” the lawsuits pushed by Trump’s team and allies focused on smaller complaints, which were largely dismissed by judges due to a lack of evidence. “The Republicans did not provide evidence to back up their assertions — just speculation, rumors or hearsay.”

On Nov 27, 2020 a federal appeals court rejected a Trump campaign proposal to block Biden from being declared the winner of Pennsylvania. ( here ). At the time, Stephanos Bibas, on behalf of the three-judge panel wrote: “Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so." It added: “Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here."

Similarly, on Dec. 12, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a long-shot lawsuit by the state of Texas and backed by Trump, which sought to throw out voting results in four states ( here ). In a brief order, the justices said Texas did not have legal standing to bring the case.

On Dec. 1, then-Attorney General William Barr said that the Justice Department had found no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the election, even as President Trump kept up his legal efforts to reverse his defeat ( here ). Two weeks later, Barr announced his resignation from the Trump administration ( here ).

Reuters Fact Check has debunked a series of similar false claims of election fraud. Some can be seen here , here , here , here , here .

Courts dismissed more than 50 lawsuits of alleged electoral fraud and irregularities presented by Trump and allies. U.S. election security officials have said the election was “the most secure in American history”.

Yeah, after the police started using "Stingray" technology to mock a cell phone tower to listen in on people's phone calls, (not selected people, just whoever was nearby) a lot of tech-savvy people started doing apps to mess it up. Jacking with the location data was just part of it.

You're wrong. Many of those over 50 lawsuits that were tossed out, included claims of ballot-stuffing.

Fact check: Trump makes misleading claim about Georgia 2020 election

Here's a good one...
Social media users have been sharing a video, claiming that it shows a ballot box in Michigan being stuffed with ballot papers. However, the video was taken in the Moscow region of Russia in the 2018 Russian presidential election.

The posts (here , here , here) show a video of three election workers picking up papers, looking around to see if people are watching and then stuffing them into a ballot box. Captions say: “Ballot stuffing in Michigan removed from Twitter” or “US Election 2020 Voter fraud caught on camera. Ballot Stuffing in Flint, Michigan”.

President Donald Trump has made repeated and unsubstantiated claims of widespread voter fraud since last week’s election won by Democrat Joe Biden. Judges have already tossed out lawsuits in Michigan but Trump will push ahead with legal challenges after U.S. Attorney General William Barr told federal prosecutors to investigate any “substantial” allegations of voting irregularities. (here).

The video in the social media posts is CCTV footage taken in Lyubertsy in the Moscow Region of Russia in March 2018 during the Russian presidential election (here , here). After the video circulated online, election results from that polling station were annulled and the chairman of the local election commission and a member of the election commission were fired, according to the Washington Post (here).

The national emblem of Russia can clearly be seen at the base of the ballot box (rusemb.org.uk/russiasymbolik/).

Fact check: Video shows ballot box stuffing in Russia, not Michigan

Apparently cell phone GPS is accurate to within 40 feet. Which means if you walked past a ballot box on the other side of the street, D'Souza counted you as a mule.
