I'm just responding to the feigned shock directed at people who fight back. Like they are some horrible unconstitutional oath breakers.

Considering that Donald took an oath to defend the Constitution, and is currently being investigated for braking that oath, well, you know what they say about the shoe fitting...

Yet, and still again... you want him out of office because of his personality, not because he violated the law. People are trying to find a law he violated to justify his removal. Ya got nothing.

Nothing except his funneling government money into his personal businesses, and trading government $$$ to foreign powers in exchange for (real or manufactured) dirt on his personal and political opponents, not much, eh?

Durham's investigation is now criminal (pace this 3 month old thread of some former US attorney's suppositions).

The probe has been unusual for various reasons, not least because Barr has taken a hands-on role to closely manage it.
He, along with Durham, traveled to countries overseas, including Italy twice, to meet with officials seeking to gather information.
One particular fixation for Barr has been Joseph Mifsud, a shadowy professor whose discussions with a Trump campaign associate became part of Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation, according to a person briefed on the matter.

Horowitz was first, noting errors but not bias in the investigation.

Huber seems to have ended his work, with nothing to show.

"U.S. Attorney John Huber’s multiyear look into accusations of corruption by Hillary Clinton has found nothing to file charges against — an outcome that doesn’t surprise current or former law enforcement officials, The Washington Post reported Thursday."

Durham has publicly complained about Horowitz' report, but he would appear to be the last to reach the finish line. If he ever gets there.

Let's take stock of the situation. Three years now, with 100% support from so-called "mainstream" news networks, 100% backing from Obama holdovers in the nations intelligence services, a special counsel which appoints only Democrat affiliated investigators ... and still no impeachment.

Sounds more like Dems might want to consider doing something else. What they've been doing hasn't worked for them. Of course, as Trump keeps pointing out, continuing with the same failed policies is what Democrats have done for years in places like Baltimore, San Francisco and Detroit.

But, do carry on about how everything is the fault of Republicans.

Trump and the Republicans had control of the White House and majorities in both the House and Senate for 2 years - all they had to show for it was a $1 trillion tax cut paid for with borrowed money that made the wealthy wealthier but did little to raise wages!

They failed twice to repeal Obamacare and replace it with the supposedly better but cheaper Republican version, nor did they even try to introduce an infrastructure bill for which they could have received bipartisan support!

Having one party control the White House, Senate, House and Supreme Court at the same time is a rare occurrence in American politics and despite all Trump's boasting, the Republicans have precious little to show for it - which is why they lost 40 seats in the House in 2018!

They have all thise justices. What they are hoping for is that in the future if Dems pass laws to create a more just society, their "justices" will just nullify them.

I agree with Buttigieg that we will need to add justices to the courts and find a fairer way of selecting them--fair to both sides--in order to insure our courts are about the Constitution and not ideology.

Maybe Durham can drag it out until 2022 to help the GOP in the midterms.

Maybe Durham can drag it out until 2022 to help the GOP in the midterms.

So "Durham" might not do anything until after the elections... has anyone said anything about the others federal prosecutors performing investigations under Barr?
