For those of us who believe, what CAN we do without belief in a Father to love and care for us?

My belief in the Lord is what led me to the situation. He isn’t responsible for my experience. That’s human brokenness (which we all have). While I see the issues (and have dealt with them in the past), I don’t know if I’m the best person to address them. And I don’t want another experience like the last. I was very hurt.

Belief in itself isn’t difficult. But its the doing (as a result of our beliefs) that proves challenging for most.

I am a die hard metalhead. I love music from all genre's but the majority of what I listen to is metal. I also love me some Britney spears. Her lyrics are pretty horrible when you think about it, but those harmonies are great!

Though this really isn't a confession, Ive never pretending I Didn't like her music lol.

I finally found a book I’ve been seeking for several months. I read it a few years ago and used to employ the practice of a day of silence with good results.

I need more of Him in a way I’m not getting. Not a bible study, service or fellowship. And I don’t think formation is the answer. Its an intimate connection. Something deeper than before. Maybe He’s nudging me towards Himself.

I once won first place in a power lifting tournament in high school.

I was the only one in my weight class, hahaha. I still smiled when they took the picture. My mother was really proud of me when I told her I won first place. Then I told here I was the only one in my weight class. We laughed.

I once listened to "The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill" for two hours straight on a continuous loop. I just got kind of locked on, and that was it. I was away.

I think I'm slightly mad by nature, and that song just hit all of my chakras at that moment.

This has been a whirlwind week of change and unexpected blessings. I praise Adonai for His grace and victory. You keep lifting me higher.

God has ministered to me throughout the day and ushered in a new season. He used an unexpected source to impress the need for a deeper love that flows unimpeded in the year to come.

I began my day with this image in a text message. No words were included. It wasn’t necessary. That’s our story. Perhaps, understanding doesn’t hail from us. Maybe we’re influenced by something greater. Someone holy.

I’ve found that soul connections are often the deepest and richest. We recognize the other and a magnetic force draws us together. We fit and our bond feels old; yet new. Its as if we’ve known the other all our lives.
