The problem with proof is that those species we
know of that separated long enough that they can
no longer reproduce are not because of changes
to the DNA, which evolution requires, but loss of
data in the DNA, which leads to extinction, not
evolution.
Do you know anything about "Hybrid Speciation Degradation?"

Hybridization as an invasion of the genome

I wonder if God did not want us interbreed different plants and animals for a reason?

Leviticus 19:19

“‘Keep my decrees. “‘Do not mate different kinds of animals. “Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed. “

Deuteronomy 22:9

Do not plant two kinds of seed in your vineyard; if you do, not only the crops you plant but also the fruit of the vineyard will be defiled.

I'm not sure I understand you. How is loss of DNA not the same thing as change of DNA?

Think of dog DNA. Start with a wolf type. They had the
genes, dominant and recessive, to make every breed of
dog we know today. Now take a purebred of any type.
They lose the adaptability of the original animals. At
some point, they become no longer able to mate with
other breeds. Unlike evolution suggests, this is not going
to lead to a new animal, only to extinction, because they
can no longer adapt to changing conditions.

Dogs and wolves are the same species. They interbreed. If things continue, in another several hundred thousand years, they will probably be separate species. But dogs were only domesticated about 15,000 years ago.

What point are you trying to make. I don't want to read a random article for no reason. Write a paragraph in your own words telling me what it is you are trying to say.

According to the bible plants and animals interbred are defiled.

So you don't eat nectarines, since they are interbred plants?
