You are still missing the point! It is the job of secret service to protect the protectee where ever they CHOOSE to go. They are not required to live their lives according to inefficiency of secret service leadership. The fact is the current leadership got caught with their pants down and the top brass needs to go. Trump was not adequately protected because he is Trump.
It really depends. Some beaches are fairly isolated, some golf courses are embedded in cities. Also, it occurs to me that if it is just a matter of screening for guns in the outer perimeter, the skimpiness of beach ware makes it easier to be sure no one is smuggling a weapon.
None of your arguments excuse the secret service from shortcomings in their task of protecting Trump. They came up short of their own standards and directives.
They clearly did in Butler, PA, as the official analysis (it might be preliminary at this point) indicates. I have not seen a similar analysis of the golf course, FL, incident yet. I'm sure it will come.
I don't know. I don't know the procedures used for the golf course, or Mar-a-Lago, or Biden's beach house. I doubt that anyone here does. It is all just speculation.
A whistleblower has said secret service guards that golf course often and are very aware of the vulnerabilities especially the spot used in this case. It is frequently use by the press to get photos. Bottom line it was not swept or held which is normal procedure. Matt Getz had a homeland security official in his office who in informed him there are 5 know assassination teams in our country 3 foreign 2 domestic. With this information secret service has no choice but to properly do their job. It is starting to look like they are purposeful missing things a common sense rookie would see.
