Doubtful.

Unimportantly, Josephus says Herod took down the 2nd temple and built another one in it's place - so that would have been the "3rd temple." Minor detail, but in my experience details typically don't matter on these views.

"So Herod took away the old foundations, and laid others, and erected the temple upon them.." (Jos. Ant. 15.11.3)
