They are all OC commandments as are the two greatest. It is obvious that OC commandments are carried over into the NC except for the temple commands. They are no longer only on stone or papyrus, but in our hearts and minds. Accept that fact and begin obeying them.
I would say that is mostly true.

Yeshua claimed the Sabbath was made for man not just the Jews.

Because it says that any man that follows the Most High God will NOT work as perpetual slaves. That should make basic sense: if the Most High God takes one day off to observe and connect with His Creation, then His Images/Creation should also take (at least) one day off devoted just to Him. And, that day is specific: the Sabbath (7th) day outlined by time-keeping In Exodus.

Everyone should look forward to the Sabbath; the Hebrews didn't understand the Sabbath because they were used to being full-time slaves: 25/8 work weeks. He commands we keep the Sabbath - anyone who wants to be His image - because of a long history of LOVE He has for us.

When I was in University, the year(s) I practiced the Sabbath in seriousness (even if it meant not doing work for classes) were the years I got my highest GPA. As soon as I "went back," suddenly I was stressed and frantic about things that were smooth before. It isn't just the 4th commandment (a spiritual number itself); it is literally for our benefit.

There is nothing in the bible about God reestablishing the Festivals
You do not have to “reestablish” what is still on going.

There is no indication it was “given” to anyone before the Exodus. It was there, yes. But not “given.”

Ex. 31.17 says it is a sign between God and the “sons of Israel.”

It was there, and it was given to Israel ONLY.
Since this is NOT the SDA forum I can say that it is not REQUIRED of gentiles, including gentile believers.

And NO, Jews were not just those who believed. Formal conversion to Judaism included becoming part of the physical dependents of Jacob.

According to Isaiah 56 Jehovah expects all who are His to observe the Sabbath.

Tht speaks about gentile converts to Judaism under the Mosaic covenant. It does not take into account (on purpose) God’s plan for Gentiles coming into the NEW covenant, which was revealed first to Paul.

Where does Paul say Gentile converts do not have to keep the Sabbath holy? The New Covenant includes Torah in the heart. Torah includes the Sabbath as well as many other OC commandments.

Paul and James agreed on what was required of Gentile Believers in Acts 15 and again in Acts 21.

Here is the first Sunday Law in history, a legal enactment by Constantine 1 (reigned 306-331):

"On the Venerable Day of the Sun ["venerabili die Solis"--the sacred day of the Sun] let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In the country, however, persons engaged in agriculture may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits; because it often happens that another day is not so suitable for grain-sowing or for vine-planting; lest by neglecting the proper moment for such operations the bounty of heaven should be lost…”

Given the 7th day of March, [A.D. 321], Crispus and Constantine being consuls each of them for the second time."--The First Sunday Law of Constantine 1, in "Codex Justinianus," lib. 3, tit. 12, 3; trans. in Phillip Schaff "History of the Christian Church," Vol. 3, p. 380.

Sabbath Judaizers
The Council of Laodicea of around 365 AD decreed 59 laws, #29:

Christians must not Judaize by resting on the Sabbath, but must work on that day, rather honoring the Lord's Day; and, if they can, resting then as Christians. But if any shall be found to be Judaizers, let them be anathema from Christ.

Sabbath and the law

Romans 3:31. KJV
Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Romans 3:31. NIV
Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law.

Do you uphold the law by keeping the Sabbath?

There are the laws of God, and there were the laws of the Pharisees. It was the laws and traditions of the Pharisees that Christ spoke against. Knowing the commands of God is a good teacher for living in the spirit of love.

1 John 5:3.
In fact, this is love for God: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome,

2 John 1:6.
And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love.

Look, the ones keeping the commandments are the ones getting into heaven.

Revelation 12:17.
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Yahshua Christ.

Revelation 14:12.
Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Yahshua.

Revelation 22:14.
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Christ and the disciples preached the keeping of the commands of God, but yet many who call themselves Christian seem to be teaching another message.

Grace: (In the Christian belief,) the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings.

God's grace does not mean that you are to keep sinning by breaking God's commands.

Matthew 4:4.
Yahshua answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

Exodus 20:8.
“Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.

PRAISE THE LORD!! Finally after almost 2,000 years Ellen White came along and was able to accomplish what the men that Jesus Himself hand picked were apparently unable to do. Perhaps Jesus’ idea of starting a church was just a bad idea because they would all fall away from His true teachings. Praise Ellen White for finally correcting Jesus’ church!

Paul and James agreed to only impose four requirements on Gentiles until they learn the rest of Torah/Moses as they hear him read every Sabbath. Do you seriously think Gentiles are free to murder, steal, covet, bear false witness, etc., simple because they weren't among those four requirements?

That. Is what Paul’s letters were all about. Filling in. What else was required.

No mention of the Sabbath requirement.

The fact that all Ten Cs are part of Torah and Torah was to be written internally means it is required. There is no mention that it was not required. Was not committing inappropriate behavior with animals required?

It does smack of today's Seeker-Sensitive who may be called but not all chosen (lacking His empowerment with the indwelling of His Holy Spirit). The problem is that these pastors (who themselves may be lacking) say once the Seeker-Sensitive become members of their 'church' then the Pastor(s) will start feeding them meat. However, the meat they feed them is processed (diluted) food.

No mention of the Sabbath requirement.
There was sufficient mention by Yeshua, John, Paul, Peter, James of the necessity of being baptized with the indwelling presence of His Holy Spirit as one's primary Teacher and Counselor. Following Jewish customs or religious rites (Judaizing) was not a requirement for eternal salvation.

Paul addressing new converts, and speaking of the ten commandments.

Romans 13:9
The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

We are not SDA, we are Messianic Judaism followers. Most would not ascribe to Ellen White's teachings. The Sabbath teaching may be similar, but it comes from a different reasoning and faith practice.

Ceremonial and Moral laws.

Distinguishing between "moral law" and "ceremonial law."

The moral law continues to bind Christians, while events predicted by the ceremonial law were fulfilled by Christ's death on the stake. Circumcision is a ceremonial law along with the festivals and sacrifices. The Sabbath Day law is neither ceremonial, or moral, but is kept as a sign of God's true Elect.

That is the problem with man-made categories like "ceremonial law". Anyone can put any law they want into their man-made category. You erroneously put the festivals in there. Mainline Christians put the weekly Sabbath in there. YHWH puts neither in there.

The Festivals, Old Priesthood, Sacrifices, and Circumcision, they are not included in the New Covenant.

So, in other words Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement) and Tabernacles has already been fulfilled *in those Believers that "follow" Messiah Yeshua having His indwelling presence (*Colossians 3:12-17).

So, in your understanding do any blood sacrifices need to be offered in Exekiel's Temple by those Jews living at the time of His second coming. Possibly because they hadn't yet accepted HIS blood sacrifice and in effect blew it (lost their opportunity offered for their salvation.

So, do you believe some of the blood sacrifices may/will have to be re-established. Would sincerely be interested in your take ... will not debate, argue or reply if i don't agree. Just want to hear your take on what animal blood sacrifices you think may/will be re-established during His Millennial reign and for what reason?
