I heard there was a secret word that Enoch said and it pleased the Lord, but you don't really care for witness do ya? lalalala

    Jonathan Ramachandran

SHADOW of DEATH - Irrefutable Context - Christ Prophesied to SAVE from HELL itself

Now to establish "irrefutable context" with regards to the meaning of "SHADOW of DEATH" in Psalm 107:14 and Psalm 107:10, we just need to see whether in each occurrence (where there are exactly 7 EXACT occurrence of this word which are equal in 'all sense' in the Bible) ----> the meaning refers to the DARKNESS of HELL or not?

    (i) Psalm 44:19

    A Dwelling of Dragons

Now we claim that the exact Same Word in All Sense meaning "SHADOW of DEATH" in Psalm 107:10 and Psalm 107:14 is Definitely Referring to "HELL" as this has only 7 Occurences in the Bible & each refer to the 'afterlife punishment regions' as listed below and especially this Mysterious Verse below speaking of that region being the Dwelling of "Dragons", pretty obvious right?

"Though thou hast sore broken us in the place of dragons, and covered us with the SHADOW of DEATH." (Psalm 44:19, KJV)

These ones are punished in the afterlife as evidenced by the phrase "sore broken us" in the "place of Dragons" (HELL) where they are Covered (Without Hope) in the "SHADOW of DEATH" (in the DARKNESS of HELL).

Please note that the translation of "jackals" instead of "dragons" is NOT literal and scholars arrive at this by 'adding their own interpretation only' - can you see it? As even the YLT literal translation testifies to this and agrees to the KJV perfectly in this:

"But Thou hast smitten us in a place of DRAGONS, And dost cover us over with death-shade." (Psalm 44:19, YLT)

Scholars change the meaning from "dragons" to "jackals" though that is NOT the "actual" word found in this verse simply because they do not understand the meaning of this verse referring to HELL in the afterlife punishment regions & thus look at it metaphorically instead missing this meaning entirely which is what is ACTUALLY WRITTEN.

Do we rather prefer to miss it too?

Here are the other 6 occurrences:

    (ii) Job 3:5

Job Curses the day of his birth with it (Job 3:3)

"Let darkness and the SHADOW of DEATH stain it; let a cloud dwell upon it; let the blackness of the day terrify it." (Job 3:5, KJV)

Job wants the day of his birth (which is life) to be DEATH as he is Sad (Job 3:4 - 5), and thus refers to the phrase "SHADOW of DEATH" in the Context of 'Death' or 'afterlife in sadness or HELL influence on it' in Job 3:5.

    (iii) Job 10:21

Job clearly sets the context of afterlife when referring to go to the region of the SHADOW of DEATH from which he will not return in Job 10:21. It's obvious from the surrounding verses too such as Job 10:19 - 20 which points to his few days on earth from womb to the grave.

    Example:

    "Before I go whence I shall not return, even to the land of darkness and the SHADOW of DEATH;

A land of darkness, as darkness itself; and of the shadow of death, without any order, and where the light is as darkness." (Job 10:21 - 22, KJV)

    (iv) Job 28:3

Again we find Job referring to the usage of SHADOW of DEATH to mean the gloomy regions of the afterlife here as man tries to search even this out in an attempt to know or understand it (implied):

"He setteth an end to darkness, and searcheth out all perfection: the stones of darkness, and the SHADOW of DEATH." (Job 28:3, KJV)

    (v) Jeremiah 2:6

"Neither said they, Where is the LORD that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the SHADOW of DEATH, through a land that no man passed through, and where no man dwelt?" (Jeremiah 2:6, KJV)

Apart from forgetting the LORD in regards to His Deliverance from earth itself (e. g. through Egypt and the Wilderness), they also forgot that He kept them safe even "of the SHADOW of DEATH" too (which is from dying & going to a place of afterlife punishments regions of Sheol).

    (vi) Psalm 107:10

"Such as sit in darkness and in the SHADOW of DEATH, being bound in affliction and iron;" (Psalm 107:10, KJV)

These ones are punished in the afterlife gloomy regions of Sheol (the SHADOW of DEATH) for "rebelling" against the "Word of God" & viewing "His Counsel" with "contempt" (Psalm 107:11).

    (vii) Psalm 107:14

"He brought THEM OUT of darkness and the SHADOW of DEATH, and brake their bands in sunder." (Psalm 107:14, KJV)

God in Christ SAVES them that were Bound to these afterlife punishment regions of Sheol (SHADOW of DEATH) as it is mentioned in verse above so clearly after they cried out to Him first as it is mentioned in Psalm 107:13.

    Conclusion

This Post-Judgment afterlife SALVATION is ONLY available through Lord Jesus Christ through His Mercy which Triumphs over (and ENDS, James 2:13) ----> even these afterlife Judgments in HELL (signified by the Phrase "SHADOW of DEATH" in both Psalm 107:10 and Psalm 107:14 too) as these verses clearly describe as it is WRITTEN PROPHETICALLY Regarding Christ's Saving Act from HELL itself as discussed further in post in link below too:

    https://www.anonymouschristian.org/…/hells-missed-messiani…/

This post shows that the EXACT phrase "SHADOW of DEATH" in 'all sense' as it occurs in each verse above in the Bible all point to an 'afterlife context' only making the claim irrefutable with Holy Scripture.

Peace to you and let us realize wisely this Great Forgotten HOPE of the GOSPEL (Acts 24:15).

P/S: Here's a closely related post for further edification:

    What happens at Death?

    https://www.anonymouschristian.org/…/death-what-happens-at…/

    How is this possible?

How could the existing Bible scholars mostly miss it?

"At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes." (Matthew 11:25, KJV)

'In case you still have doubts, please consult a little child by asking if God (Christ) can defeat the Dragons and Save from HELL or not? An innocent child usually knows the answer to this better than your best theologians' - Anonymous

'God is the Genius' - Unknown

Yes, in Luke, this FACT of Understanding Him to be All Powerful (implied) like a little child who would think of Him as such (Luke 10:21) is mentioned to be the 'meaning of He is ONLY known to whom HE makes known like this' (in Luke 10:22) as the context of consecutive verses clearly imply as it is Written too:

"At that very time He rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I praise You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight.

“All things have been handed over to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.” (Luke 10:21 - 22, NASB)

Are we like little children who know or like the wise who don't know?

My dear Hugs: thank you for this post. Today, as in every age, our Father has a witness to the reality of His Presence in human flesh and blood. The incredible power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ the Lord has drawn us together. He is the Centre of what we endeavor to articulate in this wee link. Fire balls are a remarkable experience, the burning of His Presence an experience one cannot recover from (thank God)!

“You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
    Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth.” -William W. Purkey-

“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.” -Friedrich Nietzsche

    He calls, we come

One of the many fundamental truths hidden in plain sight in the Bible, is the truth that when God calls we come, and when He commissions, we go forth in His name....PERIOD! The general and popular concept that God's call is a matter of an offer to come, and His commission is an offer to go forth serving, each respectively subject to our agreement, is the height of contrariety in respect to how Jesus, as Lord, operates administratively in matters of the kingdom of God. Jesus' choice of a word to indicate the effect of the call of God sets the scene for our understanding: In Jn. 6:44, Jesus testified that, "No man can come unto me, except the Father who hath sent Me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day." (KJV)

Though the Authorized Version (King James Version) makes it clear that the action of coming to Christ is not set in motion by our choice to do so, but by the action of the Father, without which NO MAN can come to Christ, yet it, along with other conventional translations, does not make clear the force of the Father's "call." The "call" is really not merely a "call." The Greek word has a far greater force than "call." The force of the Greek word falls nowhere short of "drag." What Jesus really said, in the choice of His wording, was that no man is able to come to Him unless the Father drags that one.

not to go off topic, FL, but i'm about to lol

now Martin Zender may be off his nut, but this guy, Bill Donahue, is not even sure that ANY thing in the Bible actually HAPPENED, lol, but he is onto a spiritual revelation having to do with the pineal gland, and meditation, etc... he's a totally crazy person, but i dig that about him lol

i mean, he talks about talking to Christ, even tho he talks about there being no God and the Bible is a metaphor... the guy is BONKERS lol

What then does it mean in Ma
It says in Adam all die and in Christ all live. It is clear that we were and are all in Adam when he sinned. No where does it teach that all are in Christ.

you'll notice that he was saying we 'will be made' probably 'being made' ... we hold these truths to be self evident, we in herited the sin of the first Adam, it is in our 'flesh'... but inheriting the second Adam? that's not how it works, but God is still sovereign, and will DRAG all, ALL to be 'in Christ'...

i'm not the right person to explain all of that, and if you are hung up on 'we only have this lifetime or we will burn in hell forever'... then it makes the Bible lie when it says that ALL will be made alive in Christ.

No, the qualifier there is, 'in Christ', a Pauline expression used 35x in the first 3 chapters of Ephesians. Indeed all in Christ will be saved, but there is no indication that all will be in Christ. On the contrary, Jesus warned repeatedly that the wicked are cast into the lake of fire. If everyone is saved then did he lie about that?

it's most everybody that will be cast in the lake of fire, you are mistaken to think that believers are safe from that fate, we are ALL saved 'through the fire'... 'salted with fire'... better for it to be done in this life than after, i daresay!
here is a video about what the lake of fire is:

and if you really want to be SURE that ALL means ALL, then watch this video, but you HAVE TO WATCH IT, not just come back and say something else without educating yourself :)

Hugs: Just when did you concern yourself with going off topic? Oh please! If you stayed on topic we would likely not learn anything. There are a lot of Bill Donahue's in our wee world, all in need of seeing a new vision! To the Bill's out there we announce glad tidings of great joy!

Welcome back Mark: We trust (all few of us including the dog with the fancy sweater) you are beginning a road to full strength again.

Our God has in/ by His own will declared His intention of restoring the whole of created life back into Himself from whence it came! This is His "cherished" purpose to be consummated in the fulness of times when all of the heavens, the earth, and the underworld bow in antiphonal chorus of praise and worship IN the Name of all names, the Christ!

Notice the word IN, not at the Name, in the Name! Just be patient, our God is [the] Saviour of all/pas mankind! But wait there is more>>>>>>>>>

He is the Saviour/Soter "especially" of those who trust in Him/ who believe.

"From Him the all comes, through Him the all exists, and in Him the all ends..."

you are right, i'm a flibbertyjibbet lol i can't be trusted to stay on topic!

Bill Donahue is the only preacher i know, who teaches from the Bible, got himself a weird revelation about meditation, teaches people in his church all about it, and YET, he can be caught sometimes saying, the utterly ridiculous "THERE IS NO GOD!" lol what is going on in his head is God's own secret, but he is interesting to watch sometimes lol

all (pas) people who get revelation and choose to become a preacher about it, seem to go off the deep end... i think that the universalist preachers are prone to severe pride, simply because they know the deep truth of God that MOST don't know... and then the devil comes around and sees that he can discredit universalists with a destructive lie (that problem with the trinity lie) and pride... i'm not talking about simple 'confidence' but PRIDE, i know it to see it, coz i had it bad, and it DOES come before a fall...

the things that i called 'self esteem' and 'trying to be good'... were in fact pride... it's the most slippery of sins, the first sin, in fact.

WE have a physics major on this thread who understands equations. We are now going to consider the Equation of all equations>>>>>>>>

"Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous."

    Please note:

The many= polus and is equal on both sides of the equation!

The polus "made" sinners>>>>>>the polus "made" righteous.

The many= the all= the polus.

yes yes, which scripture is that? assuming it's in Romans, but not sure where.

don't worry, when i was studying physics i got so stressed out that i ended up having mini strokes that wiped out physics... so i became a computer programmer lol still top of my class tho... but i forget that too, since becoming ill... my mind is a shadow of it's former self, but i'm much much much happier to be watching Jesus moulding my mind to be like HIS...

you know what i like in that scripture/equation? the words 'even so'... which is like the equal sign "=" between the two sides of the equation :)

Hugs: F.L. has personally met Gary A. and his wife Michelle on a few occasions. He was a former atheist before the Lord cornered him. He has paid a large price to proclaim the unsearchable riches of our Father in His beloved Son. He has a spirit of humility and I love him!

Dear Hugs: F.L. is old and keeping up with you is a task beyond, beyond. Go to Romans Chapter 5 for the equation and jump over later to Chapter 8. We will cover that in due time with Ron and all of us will benefit!

My precious wife is breathing down my neck and I must go for now. Please do not say "good riddance", it will be a brief departure. You talk with Ron and perhaps ClementofA and Hillsage and Pneuma may show up. We are going to have a profitable time in our Father's Presence.
