In Christ,
Acts6:5
No, I wasn't hinting at a conflict.Since the two witnesses, unarguably, will be killed at the time of the second woe whereas the 144,000 stand on mount Sion prior to the first woe, I don't see conflict there, Acts. Your post vaguely hints at conflict though, so let me know if you still see conflict.
I'm sure Beck could draw a crowd that large even in Israel.... and what if we see 144,000 standing? ... if not, then can virtual be considered, LOL.
You got it.stay tuned ...
Considering that El Presidente' just threw Israel under the bus, maybe "especially in Israel" would be more appropriate, LOL.I'm sure Beck could draw a crowd that large even in Israel.
Dana Milbank at The Washington Post confirmed last week that Fox cancelled Glenn Beck on account of his "hate speech".
Joe Lieberman joining Glenn Beck: a shanda - The Washington Post
Definitely questionable. Again, it’s an opinion piece. Mr. Milbank may believe that Fox News ended Beck’s show because of hate speech, but he provided no evidence of it other than his opinion.Beck’s hateful shtick encouraged even Fox News to end his show later this month. But, Milbanks credibility is suspect ... so perhaps his info is questionable. Milbank also declared Beck as anti-Semitic! (Who knew?)
Of course Milbank believes the Israel rally is merely an attempt by Beck to show that “see, I’m not a racist - I’m hangin’ with Jews!”.Joe Lieberman, first Jew on a presidential ticket, was embracing Beck, the leading purveyor of anti-Semitic memes in the mass media.Never mind the rally in Israel Glenn Beck is working on ... sigh ...
I doubt the Post will be able to retract an op ed, but I guess we’ll see what happens.Seemingly, out of the blue, Beck this morning called on the Washington Post to print a retraction ... wonder if that'll happen ... what d'ya think, Acts?
LOL ... noticed that, huh?I’d say Milbank is twisting some things around in the article ...
Given the way Milbank twisted other things around, as you say, I seriously doubt Milbank believes that at all. He was just writing a smear piece ... for whatever reason ... twisting and torturing everything possible.Of course Milbank believes the Israel rally is merely an attempt by Beck to show that “see, I’m not a racist - I’m hangin’ with Jews!”.
I agree with ya that the Post likely won't. But I disagree with your assertion that they are unable to retract an op ed ... they can retract at any time ... nothing stopping them ... their failure to do so makes 'em look guilty ... such behavior might even have something to do with their continually declining circulation.I doubt the Post will be able to retract an op ed, but I guess we’ll see what happens.

Even the Washington Post says circulation continues to decline: Washington Post Co.’s first-quarter earnings take hit as Kaplan enrollment slides - The Washington Post
At the flagship newspaper, The Washington Post, troubles with sliding print ads and declining circulation continued, while higher sales at the company’s online edition of the newspaper and the Slate group of Web sites failed to make up the shortfall.New York Times accounts of the Post's circulation even drop it from the nation's fifth to sixth nationally: Wall Street Journal Still First in Daily Circulation - NYTimes.com
Sad, really ...
... and needlessly so.
Gee, Acts, it was kinda like a conversation starter ... a current events update to an old topic ...If you realized from the beginning that Milbank was writing a smear piece, and that he was twisting and torturing everything possible, then why bother claiming "Dana Milbank at The Washington Post confirmed last week that Fox cancelled Glenn Beck on account of his 'hate speech'"?
Agreed. If I worked for a newspaper and actually wrote for a living, I might have had more precise terminology rolling off my fingertips onto the keyboard. But, hey, I do the best I can ... even make retractions when necessary.Nothing was actually confirmed...
... looks like we agree on that ... kinda surprised actually ...... it was just a smear op ed.
LOL. I don't know Milbank from the man in the moon ... all I know about him, I learned yesterday ... just another faceless minion purporting to be a reporter ... apparently as unconcerned about facts and truth as the company he works for ... less, or more, kinda hard to say.And considering that Milbank was also the guy who wrote the Tears of a Clown book last year, I'm frankly surprised you would think Milbank's opinion on Beck's departure would be worth mentioning.
That's why I offered the perspective that the Washington Post had an even smaller percentage of a shrinking pie. The Washington Post seems to be doing even worse than the rest ... not too surprising if Milbank is representative of the staff there ...Well, I work for a newspaper company, so I know all too well that circulation across the country has been declining for years now.
Sorry to hear that ... hope your company has higher standards. It's not exactly the most promising field to be in at the moment, lol.
Ok. I thought you had originally posted it as evidence that Glenn had been forced off of TV.Gee, Acts, it was kinda like a conversation starter ... a current events update to an old topic ...
If it makes you feel any better, I don't write for the newspaper either. I'm in a different department.Agreed. If I worked for a newspaper and actually wrote for a living, I might have had more precise terminology rolling off my fingertips onto the keyboard. But, hey, I do the best I can ... even make retractions when necessary.
We don't disagree on everything....most of the time.... looks like we agree on that ... kinda surprised actually ...
Yeah, Milbank must have it in for Beck for some reason.LOL. Gosh, Acts ...Ok. I thought you had originally posted it as evidence that Glenn had been forced off of TV.
Yeah, kinda weird ... and why?Yeah, Milbank must have it in for Beck for some reason.
Gosh, Acts ...
... the Huffington Post and Media Matters seem to think they forced Beck off the air ...
Media Matters Toasts Final Glenn Beck Show With Silly Party (VIDEO)Of course, they don't really say that they forced Beck off the air, just that they spent a lot of time and effort to accomplish that feat.
Glenn Beck's tenure at Fox News will come to an end on Thursday, and no organization seems happier about his impending signoff than Media Matters, the progressive news watchdog group that has spent months pressuring advertisers and network executives to pull Beck out of his hourlong 5 p.m. slot.
On Monday, Media Matters threw a party to celebrate Beck's departure, drawing hundreds of activists, journalists and political strategists from the nation's capital. The Huffington Post's Zach Carter was there.
According to Beck, it sounds like he was planning to. Just today he was discussing his impending departure and he revealed that he had been talking with a friend last summer about how he might leave Fox News. The friend told him to wait a season – when the “leaves” changed, then Beck would know it was time. Around Christmas, Glenn told his audience that the leaves were changing…although no one knew what that meant at that point. So it looks like Beck was already planning on breaking away from Fox. GBTV probably took months of covert preparation.I'm sure there's a subtle difference there, but the line sure seems kinda fuzzy to me ... would Beck have left if the program weren't under pressure?
That’s probably the best argument for Beck being given the pink slip.... would Fox have sued him for breach of contract if they weren't under pressure?
Yeah, kinda weird ... and why?

One thing I dont doubt is Becks sincerity. I think he truly believes what he says; for that reason I give him the benefit of the doubt and take him at his word that his departure from Fox was being planned all along.
LOL, kinda thought so, too ...... would Fox have sued him for breach of contract if they weren't under pressure?
Thats probably the best argument for Beck being given the pink slip.
Nah, you failed to adjust by LaHaye's Constant, otherwise you'd have yielded the result "A L L T H E M D A N G C R Y P T O S O C I A L I S T D E M O C R A T S W H O I N S I S T O N S P E N D I N G U S I N T O P E N U R Y" But in either case, you don't get anything that has even the remotest bearing on anything like Christian Eschatolgy.The patented 666 Beast Identifier, which has never been known to fail, says: S-a-r-a-h P-a-l-i-n.
GBTV Is the Future: Beck Announces Details of New Live Streaming Video Network | Breaking news and opinion on The BlazeGlenn Beck isn't breaking with Fox completely. He's going to be doing specials for them as well as his radio program and his own web channel, GBTV.
LOLHe believes it's time to stop talking about what's going on and do something about it, counteract the radicals and their destroy-America...eh-hmm, their "fundamental transformation of America" agenda.
It really is amazing what he has started to do and he's got American Christians standing with him.
Actually, they do ...Could a moderator please delete these back and forth posts that have nothing to do with the original post. Glenn Beck losing his job had nothing to do with the original post.

Jesus never mentions a rapture either in the Gospels or the Revelation, so I'm not buying it. Instead He said that it would be as in the days of Noah and Lot when the bad guys were taken and the good guys left. I pray that I am one of those "left behind" after the bad guys are taken in the Battle of Ar Mageddon.
