Funny idea.
We are NOT God.
Even we could be totally filled with the Holy Spirit, we are still NOT God.
We may function "like" God. Except human, nothing else can do that. Even so, we are NOT God.

We may not be God with a capital G, but we are "gods" by virtue of our spiritual union with God.

"I said, 'You are "gods "; you are all sons of the Most High." -- (Psalms 82:6).

"He called them 'gods', to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken)" -- (John 10:35-36).

"Out of the midst of" would be a better translation for the form tâvek is in. Not that this matters but do you believe God was manifested in the flesh, as the Son of God? If you say no then we probably won't see eye to eye on this topic (which is fine, nobody said we had to) but if you say yes, then don't you see that God (a Spirit, John 4:24) would have been speaking from within (to use that word) the Son? It is still God, a Spirit... making His presence known through a physical manifestation.

God, through Christ, has taken on the nature of Man, and by living and dying as a Man on the behalf of Man, God, through Christ, has reconciled Man to God and has now included Man into His divine nature.

"Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature" -- (2 Peter 1:4).

We participate in the divine nature of God through the Man that is in Christ and through the Holy Spirit that is in Man. The fourth distinct person in the divine nature, having a center of consciousness or mind, is now Man.

"Those who will believe in Me...that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us...And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me" -- (John 17:20-23).

Jesus was not merely God in physical flesh. Jesus was God as physical flesh.
The physical flesh of Jesus was the physical flesh of God, and not a mere manifestation.

God became flesh.

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God...And the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us." -- (John 1:1-14).

Could be. Although they don't consider themselves Trinitarian. Father actually has a mother. Jesus was arch angel Michael in Mormonism

The Jesus = Michael is a JW idea. Though it's a JW idea that came from Adventism (Charles T. Russel had largely been influenced by Adventists, the influences can be seen in several JW teachings, such as Jesus being Michael and soul sleep)

But in Mormonism Jesus is the first to become a god. And then all who make it to the celestial kingdom will become gods.

Just among us earth people. Mormonism has an eternal universe and thus, from what I can gather, a seemingly infinite and endless cycle of beings achieving godhood, begetting spirits, and those spirits undergoing divine progress toward exaltation and godhood--etc. Us earth folk, including Jesus, are just the spirits that were brought forth by "Heavenly Father", he himself was once a man like us, and--hypothetically--had his own heavenly father, who had his own heavenly father, and so on and so forth ad infinitum.

Your right. Blend them together from time to time. Thx.

I agree we are not God. We only share in His divine nature, which makes us "divine gods" in Him.

I am shrilled in thinking that we will have a divine nature in the Heaven. I am not sure how would we serve Him. But if we are to do things for Him outside the Heaven, then we would be treated as representatives of God. What a honor. We would be one rank higher than angel as we know it today.

What is your feeling if you see an angel? What would be the feeling if you see a created being who is one rank higher than angel? It would be amazing.

God has taken on the nature of Man through the divine incarnation of His Son in Man.
This means that the nature of Man is now included in the nature of God through God’s divine Son.

Man has also taken on the nature of God through the divine union of God's Holy Spirit in Man.
This means that the nature of God is now included in the nature of Man through God’s divine Spirit.

God is included in the nature of Man through His divine Spirit, and Man is included in the nature of God through His divine Son. God has exalted Man to the status of God through His divine Son and through His divine Holy Spirit.

"His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness...so that through them you may participate in the divine nature" -- (2 Peter 1:3-4).

We participate in the divine nature of God through the Man that is in Christ and through the Holy Spirit that is in Man. The divine Son of God took on the nature of Man and also became the embodiment of Man through the divine union of His Holy Spirit in Man.

"Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all." -- (Colossians 3:11).

The Son of God is all and is in all. The Son of God is the embodiment of Man, and the Son of God is both God and Man. Therefore, through the Son, God is Man and Man is God.

This means that the divine nature of God now includes Father, Son, Holy Spirit, and Man.

A Quadrinity, and not a Trinity.

"Then God said, 'Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness'" -- (Genesis 1:26).

Jesus is a Son of the Trinity, a creation of Triune deity, not the second person of the Trinity. As such he is the Father of his own co-creation.

God is the one Holy Spirit that joins all things together in love: Ephesians 4:16, Colossians 3:14, 1 John 4:8. So, ultimately, God is one: Galatians 3:20. After that we can subdivide God into as many numbers as we arbitrarily wish to do.

Jesus is the Head of the Body, and the Body is Many: Romans 12:4, 1 Corinthians 12:12, 1 Corinthians 12:20. So we can say "God is two" the man and the woman, the head and the body: Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:31, 1 Corinthians 6:16-17; Ephesians 5:23, Colossians 2:19. God is three; the Father, the Word and the Spirit: 1 John 5:7. God is four; the Father, the Son, the Spirit and the Bride: Revelation 22:17. God is five, six, seven, eight, a hundred, a thousand, a billion, a trillion, as countless as the sands of the seas, etc.

But, no matter how many, God is ultimately One.

An awful lot like a human fathers son, and they are two.

Or, "I am the fullness of my Dad made manifest in the flesh.". Meaning my Dad taught me well, and I accepted what I was taught of my own free will, and learned well, thus I am the fullness of him/his thoughts, even his looks to a point, in his image...but I am a separate entity with free will that chose to be the same as my Dad.

Just as we do with God, but not quit as well as Christ did..

Are we being conformed to HIS IMAGE? And is this an ongoing work of the HOLY SPIRIT?

And can we, apart from the SON (who came in our covering/likeness (that is, flesh) so that we might be covered and made into HIS likeness), sanctify ourselves?

Dovaman, is that something you concluded entirely on your own or did you get the basics from another source?

I ask so I can look into that other source if that is the case.
