Tenkana said, "Thank you, but I'm not concerned about. I've decided that they wouldn't want me to spend my life looking for them and they would instead want me to live out my own life, even if it meant being apart from them." The last part of his little speech did hit a rough spot in his heart and he tripped over his words as he said 'being'.

 

[Lessien]

"Oh." She pondered his words a moment before saying "I don't know what they'd want, really. They disappeared when I was 5."

I posted it in both threads 'cause I wasn't sure how much longer you were gonna be and I wanted to figure out...so I know when you'll probably be on in the future.))"Well, when I was young, I was told by some of the people who worked in my labor camps told me that they were good people in a bad situation and that although they were only with me for two months before they were shipped away, they were happiest in those two months." Tenkana said, remembering what he had been told about his parents.

Zalika smiled slightly. "They sound kind of like my parents. What I remember about them, anyway."

 

[Paladin Dave]

"Pardon me for interrupting..." Vili said as he came up behind the two. He had been hanging back all that time, and decided to finally introduce himself. "My name is Vili, I am from Ordki, a few weeks north of here. I do not wish to distract you from your respective objectives, but I too am searching for something. A werewolf began stalking my village a few years ago, and I went out to try and hunt it. However, I believe it may be following me as well. If you have seen any recently, or have any experience in hunting the beasts, I would be most grateful." he said, somewhat nervously.

 

[Soldier_For_Christ]

Tenkana, continuing his walk all the while, said, "Don't worry, good friend. If I shall spot a werewolf, I will be sure that you are told, but I cannot guarantee that it will be unharmed when I bring it to you." He added with a slight chuckle.

 

[Lessien]

"A werewolf...no. I haven't seen one around here. Sorry." She could sense Vili's nervousness. "Relax. I'm not like most vampires," she added, smiling what she hoped to be a reassuring smile, though one wouldn't expect fangs to be reassuring.

 

[Paladin Dave]

Vili's face paled at the sight of Zalika's fangs. His skin was already fairly pale, and now it looked WHITE. "F-forgive me... I... have just never associated with Vampyr before... I could do little to harm you if you were like other vampyr anyway."

 

[Lessien]

Zalika quit smiling. It's the fangs. It's ALWAYS the fangs. "I figured. Relax. I'm half fairy, if that's any comfort." She hoped it was. Vili was as white as she was now.

 

[Soldier_For_Christ]

Tenkana laughed as the two talked. He also started thinking to himself: I was sent by my tribe to find a good place for a new village taht no one else knew about. As much as I trust Zalika and don't fear Vili, my tribe wouldn't agree. I should seek their council. At deciding this, he started to change course from west to north toward his village.

 

[Lessien]

Zalika turned and followed Tenkana as he changed direction. She glanced back over her shoulder to see if Vili was still following.

 

[Paladin Dave]

Vili still followed, feeling somehow bound to these dark beings. He assumed that they would have a key to some form of information regarding werewolves, and hoped that he may learn a new weakness of them that the Steinthor tribe did not. "So... you say you are part fairy? Interesting, I have never heard of a union of the two species. Or were you vampirized by another? Oh, forgive me... I am not being very polite, am I?" he said sheepishly.

By this time Kuillia had recovered, and looked around. Somewhere afar there were two talking: a vampyr of sorts and a man of the Steinthor tribe. He came up behind them. "Hello. How are you?" he greeted.

Kayden walked toward the Citadel, keeping an eye open for anyone else. She noticed some people walking a distance ahead of her, and wondered who they were.

((ug...kinda lame...but it's kinda late...))

 

[Father Niko]

Citadel wasent far away now and the group had seen many travelers as they had gotten closer. They had used some speed runes to give them more speed so that they could gain some lost time. Astador stopped near the cliff and looked at the rising Citadel that was down there, the city had high spires and its walls were massive.
"Looks like it has been growing from last time we saw it" one of the group.
"Yes it has, lets find a way down there" Astador said and turned back and head along the cliff untill he found a small path that lead down to a main road that went all the way to the gates of Citadel.

 

[Paladin Dave]

Vili turned around to greet whoever had spoken to them. "Good day, I am doing well my good-- GOOD BLODIK!!!" he cried in terror as he broke into a run, past the two vampires. "Giant talking bird!!!" he screamed. Usually people from Ordki are in good harmony with nature, but that does not leave them impervious to fear of large speaking birds of prey.
