Read something in a recent devotional about that cloud that led Israel in the desert...when it moved...they moved...when it rested...they stayed put...there is something to that for me...just need to "move" if "He" says so...LOL

Hello everyone,
Had a ruff day...I tolk my muscles relaxer pill by mistake.
Dr. gave me sample kit for 6 days,but needed to take then at NIGHT...LOL
I slept it off for 2 hrs.
Felt a touch of the lonelies last nite,
was watching a program with oldies music...and thought of the younger days.
I servived it.Life sure is not like it use to be back them.

Know how you feel, AD. I decided to do some baking yesterday and today I wanted to go and hit the shops but my knee is toooo sore!! I'm at work tomorrow so need to rest it up. Sofa, here I come!!!

I ran some errands today, which makes me feel a little fulfilled. I was very scared to drive, but I feel like I accomplished something.
I broke my gas cap, just by dropping it, and Toyota hit me for 18.95, but it was the closest place and I was afraid the check engine light would come on.
I called the one person I know in town. She screens all her calls and probably wasn't home. We're not that close, but she will call me back. I know her from church.
I talked with my nephew and he said I love you at the end of the call which made my day.
It's a lonely town though. I went to Providence RI for some medical treatment and really felt at home there. It's hard to explain how this town isn't home. I had to cancel the medical treatment because I was too scared to drive.

You did good today. Well done. I have to confess I am still too scared to drive. I want to but I don't feel I have the concentration. I even find the thought of it stressful so I am so pleased for you and your achievements today.

Thank you Leytonstones,
I do a lot of prayer to drive. I pray for safety for everybody and then I seem to not worry, but I always remember when I get home safely that God has kept me safe. Phew!

Hello friends...I see driving was an event today...I do not drive much anymore either...just too many things going on with me...my husband does the major driving. I get around to the dr. and back...sometimes I go into a store...but not often...have one grocery store I use...on "dr. day".
I did really enjoy our recent trip...got to talk to people out in the open air...I get tired enough to not be able to really "be with" people very long.
You know heaven sounds just wonderful to me.

This has been a great week for me - my knee feels like normal! Of course the fact that one of the doctors at work injected both my shoulders with some cortisone and local anaesthetic may have helped - kind of spread out into the system. But I've been a boppin' this week and looking forward to some good flagging tomorrow.
No doubt I shall pay for in eventually, however!!
Tapero and Angelwind - you're being so brave and strong - I really admire you!!

Luke 17:20-21

I have been focusing on this lately...nomatter what happens...or doesn't happen, I have Christ with me and can enjoy Him...right now...have been doing that lately too...He gave me a lot more peace this week.
