OK, re-reading that I don't have a problem with it after all. It's just weird wording from my point of view. God certainly keeps his covenant with us, and Christ working in us and through us keeps the commandments. Sola Dei gloria, etc. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

It is still He who keeps the OT covenant and commandments.. and He who keeps the same covenant and commandments within us.. Only difference is.. He kept them the way they should have been kept from the beginning.. and will be kept in the end.. cause He never changes..
