The second one has an excellent reputation, but is for Quenya only. I learned Sindarin ages ago, and the site where I learned is no longer operating, but I've heard good things about the first site.

There is a website. If you use Google, go there and type in "Ardalambion". It should be one of the first sites that is returned as a search. Otherwise, I can give you the think.

They are in character creation under eyebrows. You can't have eyebrows if you have elf ears.

Unfortunately, no, I don't know the word for purple, or if it were ever created. I suppose, depending upon the context, you could always say "plum-colored." The word for "plum" is "pio."
