Call it whatever you like, I'm just here trying to share and spread some Truth, etc...This is what is known as a 'closed' philosophy, because all criticism of the theory is dismissed in terms of the theory. Marx is a typical example, where anyone who disagreed with him was accused of having a 'false consciousness'. Others are Freud, where anyone who objected was 'not in touch with their subconscious', or being 'unscientific' or some such rubbish, and those Christians who will not admit any thinking from other religions because their antagonists are not 'born again'.
Fact is, we need to be open to criticism, and just as sceptical of our own thinking as we might wish others were of theirs. That does not, of course, mean outright capitulation in all cases, just that we need a thorough philosophical grounding to be reasonably sure when we are right and they are wrong. If we are, our theories are strengthened, not weakened, by our openness.

I'm not talking about anybody in particular specifically, etc, but only that those who identify closely with this, will probably know who they are, etc...I hope you aren't assuming about me there because I do hear him. And I've experienced spiritual attacks after being saved, and I've been shown spiritual discernment (gift) as well.
Jesus didn't hear God in his head, Jesus had the Holy Spirit. The Father and Son are one. Jesus is God’s Son and is God. Don't talk about things you clearly don't understand, especially without backing it up with Gods word.Jesus knew that God the Spirit was real, not only just because he believed in Him, and had learned about Him, etc, but also because he had that One's voice inside his head, etc, and had a lot of conversations with that One somewhere between the ages of twelve and thirty inside of his head, etc, and I guess he perhaps "reasoned" maybe, is maybe the right word maybe, etc, because of things such as full omniscience and determinism, etc that we all had another Father that was higher than Him (God the Spirit) and Jesus claimed to be born in his flesh from God the Spirit through Mary, but that he was sent/predestined by his/our Heavenly Father to fulfill his role as the Messiah or Savior that he pretty much knew about from his birth, but probably learned a lot more about along the way (by the time he was thirty, etc)...
He (Jesus) eventually found out that he was supposed to come to this realization in order to fulfill his role as Lord, and/or Messiah, and/or Savior, etc, and this of "all", etc, even, in a way, even including God the Spirit, etc, because he (Jesus) taught Him (God the Spirit, etc) as he (Jesus) reasoned or found out he was predestined to do by this "other Father", as Lord, and as Messiah, and as Savior, etc...

I followed my own idea of God for a long time, one I "preferred" over the biblical God... I got a rude awakening last year that I was following the enemy without realising it. As for pagans and witches, plenty of testimonies of people being saved out of new age and occult beliefs, which is just Satan's counterfeit to keep people from the truth of God.

I was using the term argument, not in it's vernacular meaning of 'heated dispute', but it's philosophical meaning, which is simply a number of premises, implicit or explicit, that lead one to a conclusion.I wasn't aware that there was any argument?

If you don't believe the bible is the foundation for Gods truth, then I won't say any more. You choose to go your way about it as we all do. I know what I'm sure of. PeaceI am, indeed, a Christian. But I have never found that prevented me from having an enquiring mind, or from thinking things through for myself, until I reach some conclusion that satisfies me. At the end of the day, all truth is God's truth, even if deciding what, exactly, constitutes truth is sometimes a counter-intuitive matter.

So, I have not accused you of anything, yet. If I were to do so, it would be to take exception to your notion that the religious ideas you espouse are 'irrefutable truths'.
Anyway, to clarify my previous post, as per your request. I was simply suggesting we need to be open to the ideas of others, without automatically dismissing them because we consider them demonic, or satanic, or some such interpretation of those of people who disagree with us.

I'm a great listener, and that's actually what I spend a great majority of my time doing, etc, so if that's not being open to others opinions, and thoughts, and ideas, and also their criticisms sometimes also, etc, I don't know what is, etc...? Iron sharpens Iron, etc, and I'm a firm believer in that, etc...

A god should be able to write a perfect bookI'm sorry, but the scriptures are far from clear. Leaving aside, for the moment, that they were largely written by Jews for Jews, a long time ago, when social norms and mores were very different, the fact they have spawned so much written commentary and theology and we still require a priestly class to explain what, exactly, they do mean, (and still they all find room to disagree) is prima facie attestation to that lack of clarity.

Don't need to. I know Jesus is the Son of God and is God. The bible didn't reveal that to me, He did. However, The Trinity is throughout scripture, beginning in Genesis.Everything 'about' the trinity we need to know is in the Bible, right? Adding to God's Word is forbidden, right ? For an eye-opening astonishing day, look up online "origin of trinity".
