Jo just said that they don't have the infraction system in place. All they have is the FSB. I told her it was a crock because #1, she still has PM's in which she can talk to me, counsel me, and warn me, and #2, why are they using a system that is not yet installed?

Does anyone know if WWMC raged war against The Baptist or Fundamentalist Forum prior to CCC being formed?

The problem is ... for every other forum which restricts membership based on some sort of criteria there is an icon or setting for it:

1. Teens - Age based
2. Congregation - Denominational Icon
3. Politics - Political Icon
4. Men/Women Fora - Gender Icon

The lone exceptions, the Conservative, Liberal and Moderate fora. Obviously, the liberals don't want a "theological perspective" icon, but it would fit with the rest of the operation of the site. Then, you wouldn't need participant lists, you'd just look at the icon that you most self-identify with. This would resolve 99% of the problems. Why staff is so short-sighted they cannot see this, and consequently ask for it ... is beyond me.

Well, actually I know why ... they haven't given the situation any thought, and hence haven't thought up a suitable fix. Because they just don't care.

I lived in the baptist forum but don't recall any battles~we generally just shot each other those calvinists were the real troublemakers ya know

On Fundamentalist Forum we had our share of WWMC pot stirrers but to be fair we also provided a few over there. Eventually we were able to get it under control. At one time I modded both WWMC and Fundamentalist Churches at the same time. What helped us was we had some great mods on fundamentalist forums and WWMC at the time and we worked together when needed. Eventually our folks knew if they caused trouble over on WWMC, their mods were very knowledgeable of the rules and would be happy to apply them. As for those on WWMC they pretty much knew the same thing. I wasn't shy about issuing warnings and infractions (sometimes discussing the issue with a WWMC mod just to let them know what was going on) All in all it has been fairly peaceful the last year and half or so except for the KJO ruckus that was raised periodically. But to be fair that was usually an internal issue. Edie was excellent as a Fundamentalist mod. Erin who we lost over the 777 debacle was also excellent. Terry (also gone over the 777 debacle) who was our boss for a period of time was very good and very knowledgeable. My brother Deacon Dean was outstanding. To be fair over on WWMC there were some good mods as well. Tattedsaint was pleasureable to serve with. Free (who served in both as well) was very fair and often times helped me to see an issue from a different perspective.

Why CC was targeted is anyone's guess. But I don't doubt for a moment that it was. Indeed there is evidence elsewhere that it was.

Don't feel sorry for people with eyesight. I see plenty gm.

You don't "KNOW" who owns this site - and since there's so much suppression of the type of Christians I see, while a voice is given to ***NON NICENE*** groups & whoever else, I question who owns it.

Does God promote false teachers? Would God want His own people suppressed? Would God want them not to be able to call a wolf a wolf to warn the weak or lost??

Does God really own this site? *edit add* Becuz as I see it, Jesus cleaned out the temple to keep it pure and called a spade a spade OPENLY and publically. Not giving it place in His house.
