  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

So our hawks I guess have moved on to greener pastures. *Sigh* They're no where to be found it seems. But it was really cool while it lasted!

What kind of animals do you guys usually see in your yard? I know a lot of people see deer, I've only ever seen a deer in person one time and that was when I was really little.

We were at the zoo and this deer came out of the woods (not even a part of the zoo lol) and I was in my stroller, my mom took pictures because the deer just walked right up to me and sniffed my hand and I pet it. :bigeye:

Geese usually stop here on their journey migrating. We have tons of birds here year round. It's nice to hear them every day.
Frequently at night i hear the coyotee packs out hunting.
There are plenty of bunnies for them to eat. But also pets.
I've seen road runners a few times. As well as foxes and owls.
And some falcons. :)

I don't have a yard, but my parents frequently have pheasants pass through.

As well as hermit crabs:

There are bats that fly around my place, and one got stuck inside my room once. I took this photo after I had opened the window, but it was still hanging around.
