The cost of produce won't triple; unless you are speaking of the cost of illegal drugs coming over the border. They just might. I'm OK with that.
They might not triple. But they could easily double. Didn't you complain about gas prices not even doubling?

Does Governor Abbot intend to force people upon these buses? If so I can't wait to see him get arrested for kidnapping.

I don't think that it's kidnapping to transport a prisoner who is in custody for committing a crime.

However, if it is; I'm sure that Abbot, and the rest of Texas law enforcement, can find a great team of Texas lawyers to help them out.

I've already explained this ad nauseam. Labor is a commodity just like anything else. It's subject to the effects of supply and demand.
So are the goods provided by labor. You need to understand both ends of the process.

Oh my, please if all you have are false claims that you cannot support you might as well admit defeat right now.

Why do you say "Oh my!" so much? I notice you always start a post with that when you're about to make a false claim of your own while accusing me of making one.
Do you have any evidence that my ancestors were child traffickers, or Fentanyl mules? Do you even know where my ancestors came from?

Food prices won't even come close to doubling; but gas prices could drop significantly if there were no more illegals competing for it at the pump.

Actually I think that where one can transport a prisoner is very limited. One cannot take a prisoner on a tour of Disneyland even if both parties wanted it. Transportation is going to be limited to court and to jail and back.

Where did I do that? Please be precise. You had a question with a false assumption in it. That makes it an invalid question and there is no need to answer it. If I make a false claim I would like to see it.

I did not have to. It was a failed question. Don't blame others for your failures.

The failure of you to understand it is only a failure of your own. Own it.

You're assuming they'd be prisoners. They're being transported to various parts of the country and released. That's hardly being a prisoner.

I don't believe that goods spontaneously generate and magically fall into the hands of the person who is transferring his money to a non-existent bank account. Someone takes the resources, and delivers the goods. The resource common to every good is labor.

Now maybe you can explain what you mean by both ends of the process.

What crime has asylum seekers committed? From what I have read, he is only intending to transport the folks that are legally seeking asylum.

Gov. Greg Abbott’s plan to bus migrants to Washington, D.C., will be voluntary

The migrants would have to show documentation that they had already been processed by DHS. Many immigration advocates have noted that providing transportation services for asylum-seekers to reach their final destination is something the state should invest in.

Why would you assume that they are not prisoners? If they are not prisoners; then they are free to go as they please. Therefore they would not be kidnapped.

Happy to have them here, there is a labor shortage remember?

Why don’t we just let them becone citizens? There is no shortage of work.
That is the point I think.
After aborting 60 million babies (workers, taxpayers) we are about to enter a negative population growth. Gotta make up for those missing bodies somehow.

Exactly! They're being put on buses to wherever they want to go. Prisoners don't get that privilege.

If they are legally seeking asylum; then they are not here illegally.

I would have to seriously question the veracity of your source.

Do you have a link?

I added it.

And I will add this one too:

Gov. Abbott said the state’s actions are in response to the Biden administration’s plans to end a policy used to promptly expel asylum seekers at the border during the COVID-19 pandemic.

That was on the news on France 24 a month ago. Notorious for killing all men women and children who are seen as infidels. Like setting a kid loose in a candy shop. Mercenary force. Can they be held to the rules of war?
The Russians should be accountable for hiring them, and the jihadists should be held accountable.

I heard that they were put on the front lines so they could be killed before the war ended. That way there would be nobody left to testify who actually did the atrocities.

Gov. Abbott said the state’s actions are in response to the Biden administration’s plans to end a policy used to promptly expel asylum seekers at the border during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Here is the only quote that I can find from Abbot in that article:

"I know in advance this is going to dramatically slow traffic from Mexico into Texas. It is a byproduct of cartels crossing the border from Mexico into Texas,” Abbott said. "Cartels use vehicles, many of them dangerous commercial trucks, to smuggle immigrants, deadly fentanyl and other illegal cargo into Texas and onto our roadways.”

Texas will send migrants to D.C. and expand vehicle inspections at the border, Abbott says | Houston Public Media

I already said that I question the veracity of your source.

Can you show the quote to me?
