Well we've got some porn stars, but you've got the er... Grand Dragon, so I think we're about even (even though our "moneychangers at the table" are quite a bit more attractive in this instance).

Mary Carey is, after all, one of Bush's fellow politicians. Remember, she ran for governor of California a couple years ago. I seem to recall that she received over 10,000 votes and came in tenth. Of course, Arnold won that race.

I have to ask and I am sure that this has been asked before....but I work at an art college and there are nude models in all of the life drawing courses. it's required for all students no matter what their religious background is to take the courses. On any given day I can see a male or female nude model posing in front of a about 15-20 art students. Is this thought of in the same way?

There was a thread a couple months back on nude models.

I certainly don't have any problem with a nude model posing for a art class. The only way that an artist can really learn how to properly draw or paint the human body is to work with nude models.

I do not hate strippers, I believe it problematic for salvation to place yourself in situations, where you know your mind is your greatest enemy, true you may not do anything, but our thought life is judged as well. To say they are nice people, they need the money, they are not hurting anyone are justifications for what your conscience is telling you no. better to help them by giving them money, better job, etc. For what it profit a man who gains love from this world and all the money but looses his soul on the day of judgement.

Before, you go on I'm not in anyway supporting them so I hope no one takes offense to this.

Anyways, my question is how do you all feel about family members/bf/gf's seeing strippers? I recently heard a distant friend that I am staying with talk about going to see one and immediately felt very awkward around them! I just don't understand why anyone would want to see one. Or why boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers or what not would feel the need to go see them so strongly that they would risk that relationship. Just my opinion and again sorry in advance if I offended anyone!

Had a stripper for my friends 21st birthday a few years ago. It was an interesting experience for the group, though nothing sexual to do with it. It was more the concept of doing something risky/exciting/funny. Really nobody was turned on (more like turned off) but we all had a great time.

Doing something merely taboo is still wrong but can be fun.

I think to be turned on by a public/paid stripper is sexually perverted though. Yuck.

I have a great idea!

Lets go blame the strippers for all the men who go to see them. It must be all the strippers fault that men want to see naked women that aren't married to them. Yes, even if they wanted to see their own wives naked it would be a sin, so lets blame the strippers!

Lets smack them around, lock them up in jail for like 10 years so they're lives are ruined and then lets only let them operate in the most remote backally area's possible where nobody but the worste kind of people would go. That way if we're lucky they can get raped and murdered but we won't care cause we did our duty. We're such wholesome people that we're imune to any responciblity of our actions. God will protect us.
