Strange happenings with cats and dogs.

Dogs are continuously escaping from their homes and yards in our town and ending up at our house. It's gotten to the point that people around town come to our house first to get their dog(s) as word has spread. We and their owners are baffled. This is not just a couple of dogs from a couple of owners. This is many dogs from many different people.

Cats are also taking up residency on our property. Mother cats are coming here to give birth and the kittens stay to live on the property. Many adult strays as well.

The only animal we have is one small dog. There is no food for these cats and dogs to eat. No standing water for them to drink. We have no explanation. We don't mind, either, though. We have recently accepted this strange fact and have begun leaving cat food and water out at all times which will undoubtedly attract more animals. When the dogs show up we put them in the fence with food and water while we await the owners.

Jokes aside what’s the local geology like? Are wildlife doing the same thing ? Animals can sense things that humans can’t like subsonic sounds
