Honest answers are what I do. The lie of evolution is a Satanic doubt, from the deepest pits of hell.

Sorry, but when you make claims that you cannot support, as you just did you are not being honest.

If you want to claim that evolution is a lie the burden of proof is upon you. Otherwise you just bore false witness against your neighbor again.

I gave you just a whit of evidence, that was enough to defeat you. Do you want to carry on in our discussion? Of course you have already lost, but you might learn something for once.

I gave you just a whit of evidence,.
It is not a whit of evidence to rattle off belief founded dates. Once we see that your elusive photo was a post flood formation, it was over for you.The attempt at evidence was actually whitless.

the flood also was probably immense but localized.
I'll ask you what I've asked others. Nobody has ever been able to answer it. How does relatively low ground with easy run-off to the sea have a flood of Biblical proportions with it remaining localized? A local flood requires barriers and there are none in the Middle East. Long before a single mountain was threatened the water would run off to the sea and at that point any further flooding could only flood at seal level. For the water to be deep enough to cover one mountain it would be a global event.

But that is not what I did. Thank you for admitting that I presented evidence to you.

And there was no flood. the photo that I showed demonstrated that, but you lost the debate and ran away. Running away does not make you "undefeated". You only beat yourself at best, but you still lost the debate.

I am still here and willing to help you to learn.

Correct, there was no flood of Noah, but there was a severe flood in the area that probably gave birth to the myth. Stories of that sort often have a germ of truth within them.

What area? Mesopotamia?

Didn't the Ark end its journey there?

The $64 question: Where did the Ark begin its journey?

It is a lie. It has not value or evidence. It is a direct affront to the creator, Jesus.
I gave you just a whit of evidence,
Sorry, mentioning dream dates may be evidence in the made up closed little minds of some folks. Out here in the real world, that duck don't fly.
Do you want to carry on in our discussion?
There is no discussion, we'll just let you quack.

There was no Ark. There was a flood. In the Tigris Euphrates drainage system. If there was an ark (which of course there was not) it would have had to stay in that system because ....

Come on AV, you can answer it.

It is not a pleasant thing to see some folks cheerleading anti creation nonsense, with no ability to even make a case, and who obviously couldn't care less.

What myth are you talking about?

The Flood myth?

As told by whom? the Sumerians? the Egyptians? the Chinese? the Bible?

Pick one of the above (or one of your choosing) and tell me where the Ark started its journey.

According to the myth, that is.

You ran away dad. Right after you shot yourself in the foot.

I am ready to begin again as soon as you show a whit of honesty.

I may be waiting a long long time.

The Flood myth.

The Flood myth?

Yep, you got it.

As told by whom? the Sumerians? the Egyptians? the Chinese? the Bible?

The Sumerian flood myth gave rise to the Biblical flood myth. The Chinese have their own flood myths, please note they had more than one. The Egyptians have their own too. Civilizations that live on waterways that flood also tend to have flood myths.

Pick one of the above (or one of your choosing) and tell me where the Ark started its journey.

Most myths are not clear on the beginning. The Bible clearly does not say where the Ark started from The problem was that you were conflating the sources of the myth with where the myth said the ark began.

dad, no more personal attacks please. I cited dates that are supported by evidence. You can't even begin to defend your beliefs.

Once again, please note the title of this thread. When you can be honest we can begin our discussion again.

Do you understand the question, SZ?

I need to find out what you meant by this doosey:

I understood the question and answered it. The Noah's Ark myth has no clue as to where it started.

But first things first.

How the heck was that a "doosey"?

Seriously AV, it appears that you have no knowledge of how myths arise in the first place.

No, you didn't.

You said 'most myths'.

I'm going to assume that you are too smart to answer the question honestly.

But I answered it specifically for the Noah's Ark myth in your second go around. Do you need a third time:

The Noah's Ark myth has no clue as to where it started.

Why does it even matter? It is just a story after all that has very very little basis in reality.

No you cannot discuss the evidences or support the dates you cite. Nor have you addressed the issue of what relevance a post flood formation would have.
