Day 7 begins after Armageddon or after Jesus returns to set up His Kingdom or rule and reign on earth, and that day will last until the end of this whole creations age final ending, etc...
It's much older than just only 6 days or 6,000 years old, and if it's not, then God is guilty of deception, which I will not believe, etc...
Anything on paper.Only if they're in the habit of waiting until there is at least a logical reason to believe it... which they are.
You don't have a clue why I'm complaining, do you?TLK Valentine said:Your envy is showing; you might want to tuck it back in.
God the Spirit gets His rest on the seventh day when Jesus takes over to set up His Kingdom on earth until the end of the seventh day when all will begin again, etc. This would mean that God has not rested on the 7th day yet which is contradictory to many scriptures.
This doesn't even make sense, etc...It’s not deception when He specifically told us how long He took to create everything and how old everything is. If someone tells the truth but a person refuses to accept it that person didn’t try to deceive anyone, it’s not His fault that some refuse to believe what He said.

This is the part where I humor you with a response and you reply with a meaningless "Thanks of the QED."
He'll make the dean's list? And if someone doesn't tell the truth... Guess what?
He'll make the dean's list?

God Bless!
This doesn't even make sense, etc...
But then again, maybe I don't suppose you to make sense, etc...
God Bless!

And I studied Geology in college, along with other sciences, etc, and the earth is much, much older than just only 6 days, or 6,000 years, etc, much much older, etc...
Why claim that "God told us" when men wrote the Bible? Why does God's creation, if he exists, tell us a totally different story? It makes perfect sense. Genesis 1 God told us exactly how long it took to create the universe and everything in it. Then again in Exodus 20 he tells us again and again in Exodus 31. Obviously He can’t be blamed of being deceptive if people refuse to believe what He told them.
If your trying to explain God’s miracle of creation with science your going to fail because the Bible is a spiritual supernatural book. There are over a hundred miracles performed in the Bible that can never be explained by science. Lot’s wife turning to a pillar of salt, Aaron’s wooden staff turning into a snake then back into a wooden staff, Balaam’s donkey talking in a human language, etc. God’s miracles aren’t supposed to be explainable by science otherwise they wouldn’t be miracles and they wouldn’t have the effect that they were intended to have. They were performed to show God’s glory and might and to bring people to repentance.
Someone needs a course in Amanuensis 101.Why claim that "God told us" when men wrote the Bible?
Because you're not listening.Subduction Zone said:Why does God's creation, if he exists, tell us a totally different story?
Earth is not off-limits to God's transcendent nature. It appears that you are misusing the Bible since it is in your own words a spiritual supernatural book. Do not invoke the supernatural where there is no need to do so.
LOL! Oh my! We all know who is not listening here. Sorry, but the evidence is clear. One has to put both fingers in one's ears and shout "Naah Naah Naah!" rather loudly to deny evolution.Someone needs a course in Amanuensis 101.
Have you ever made a post, then said later something to the effect of, "Didn't I tell you in Post nnn ..."?
Because you're not listening.

Accusing someone of being a troll is a rather serious breaking of the rules. You made a claim and I responded to it. Now that it appears that you cannot defend it you are name calling and running away. I would suggest that you at least edit your response. By the way, when I was a Christian my response would have been the same. Not all Christians believe that God will punish people forever since that would clearly be an unjust act.Ok I have no interest in arguing with atheists that’s not what I’m here for. If I wanted to do that I’d go to an atheist website so you’ll have to find someone else to troll. I come to CF to discuss the scriptures and get different perspectives on God’s word.
