Again, you do not understand the context.
In Israel, people who follow God have always been a remnant, there will be 144,000 people saved from Israel (may be a symbolic number, but still a small, limited number).
But in other nations, Christ was accepted with joy. There will be crowd so large that nobody will able to count it, composed of Christians from other nations.
"After this I looked, and there was a great crowd that no one could number. They were from every nation, tribe, people, and language. "
Rev 7:9
Therefore do not play any games about "only few Christians will be saved", "majority of Christians is wrong" etc.
Well that is not true. Your confused brother, as I have only ever provided the context that you have left out of the interpretation of the scriptures. Why are you now talking about the 144,000 and also REVELATION 7:9? Did I ever mention these scripture when speaking of a REMNANT? If I have not mentioned these scriptures or have I referred to them when speaking of God's remnant why pretend that I have?
You do know that all through time there is the righteous dead and the rightouess living right? I am referring to
those that are living when referring to the REMNANT. God is the God of the living and not the dead *MATTHEW 22:32
It is God's WORD that says that God's people (living) are a remnant not me.
JOEL 2:32 [32], And it shall come to pass, that whoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD has said, and in
THE REMNANT WHOM THE LORD SHALL CALL.
MATTHEW 22:14 [14],
MANY ARE CALLED BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN
ROMANS 9:26-29
[26], And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said to them, You are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.
[27], Esaias also cries concerning Israel,
THOUGH THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL BE AS THE SAND OF THE SEA, A REMNANT SHALL BE SAVED:
[28], For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make on the earth.
[29], And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like to Gomorrha.
ROMANS 11:1-5 [1], I say then, Has God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. [2], God has not cast away his people which he foreknew. Know you not what the scripture said of Elias? how he makes intercession to God against Israel saying, [3], Lord, they have killed your prophets, and dig down your altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. [4], But what said the answer of God to him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. [5],
EVEN SO THEN AT THIS PRESENT TIME ALSO THERE IS A REMNANT ACCORDING TO THE ELECTION OF GRACE.
REVELATION 12:17 [17], And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the
REMNANT OF HER SEED, WHICH KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Please do not pretend I am saying somthing and talking about something I am not. Why not answer the questions here brother from the OP and the earlier post to you?
Now brother there is not one scripture in all of God's WORD that says Gods' 4th commandment is abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day as you agree.
If JESUS says that all those who knowingly follow the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God are not following God why do many choose to break God's 4th commandment *MATTHEW 15:3-9 that is one of God's 10 commandments that give us the knowledge of what sin is when broken *ROMANS 3:20?
Who should we believe and follow; God or man *ROMANS 3:4?
Only sent in love and as a help brother.
God bless
