I tried posting this last night, but got knocked off the site.

I used to LIVE at the Boynton Beach mall when I was in high school! And, did you mean that you lived in Lake Worth (not Fort Worth)? I lived in Lake Worth and also frequented the Lake Worth beach - that's where all the surfers went...hehe.

Yeah I did mean Laje worth. (what a dope I am sometimes lol). It's been a million years (OK maybe not quite that long ) since I lived there. We had a park across the street where I lived and we just had to walk across the bridge to get to the beach so we were really close to the water. Small world huh?

I am finally getting excited about the trip.

Please pray the storms will not arrive when we do and that they will stay away while we are there.

Family visiting family and we haven't seen one another together since my husband died.

Glad you're getting excited about the trip. When do you leave so we can more specifically pray for you in all respects? I'm sure the Lord will bless your visit.

It's getting even smaller! I used to live in the same neighborhood. Bryant Park is right on the intercoastal - I lived one block west of the bridge right on the main drag when my oldest was a baby.

Dluvs and I were just talking about 6 degrees of separation earlier. This is kind of like that except that we were basically in the same place at different times.

Call me stupid, I don't care, I still don't understand what you all are talking about when you say "6 degrees of separation" Can someone kindly explain it to me?

There is a theory that any two people in the world are separated by only 6 other people...hence 6 degress of separation. It's like knowing someone, who knows someone, who knows someone, and the 6th person in the chain would have a direct link to that person.

For instance, if you wanted to find a direct connection the President of the United States, then you would think of all the people that you know that might have some sort of connection to the government...you would call them and they would think of all the people they now that might have a more direct connection to the White House and they would call that person...then that person would try to find a more direct connection and so on....and the theory is that by the 6th person you would have a direct connection to the President of the United States...

PM me. I'd like to know more about Lake Worth. (My paternal grandmother lived there for many years but I was very young and don't remember much about visits.) Thinking about getting a condo down there one of these years.

Is it me or does every guy in the late 20s/early 30s crowd just want to "hook up"? I seem to either attract younger guys looking for one thing or men old enough to be my father.

No .... not really.

I know I'm younger than you, but there seems to be a pretty steady stream of guys in their early 30's around. These guys also seem to be most desperate though!
