My trouble is that I always go to bed and sleep far too late, and have formed a bad habit of not going to bed til around 2-3 (it's 3.30am now).

No matter when I play on going to bed, time always seems to whizz past and before I know it, it's the early hours of the morning. :sigh:

I really need to get back into a good regular sleep pattern, but it's just not happening - don't know when the last time I was in bed before 1am was...:scratch:

I kind of did that today.

I had not sleep last night and was still awake after noon time.
So I broke down and took half a relaxor pill.
I think I slept about 7 hours straight. :clap:

Now I am AWAKE at 3 AM again.
Think I will be able to get some decent naps during the day.

Wow, just found this thread. I go to bed around 11:pm, but usually wake up around 4 or 5 in the am, or sometimes even 3:30. Sleep evades me and I often wake up several times through the night because of bizarre dreams or occasionally nightmares. I suffer from high anxiety, but normally deal with it by staying very busy and I have many, many little hobbies. Glad to find this thread and will check in on some of those earrrrrly mornings to see if anyone's here. Meanwhile, prayers for all so we can be well-rested, bright-eyed and happy. :thumbsup:
