CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I took a sleeping pill Thursday night at 11 p.m., after having only 5 hours sleep in the previous 3 nights. I slept for 14 hours, so I didn't wake up until 1 p.m. Friday. Now at 4 a.m. Saturday morning, I'm wishing I hadn't slept so much, so that I could be asleep now. Now I'm going to have to be awake for at least 34 hours straight, or I'm going to get in trouble for missing a birthday party tonight.

I was up until 2:30 last night with my 3 month old! I thought he'd never fall asleep. Can I add him to the club?

I have Narcolepsy and REM Sleep Disorder. I am tired all day, must sleep 8 hours at night, ands sometimes still need a nap during the day (at work).
It was a long and rocky road to diagnosis.
I also have non-epileptic seizures.
Anyone else have some of these?
