Some thing are made clear for mankind to understand and some thing are not yet fully explained... this world was made out of nothingness and big bang theory proves it after 1400 years, Muslims read qur'aan and believed. Millions of muslims died while believing what was revealed in Qur'aan. those who died before the big bang theory, well surely those muslims blindly believed in Qur'aan which is proved after their death, The strong faith of people.
I know that something are not made clear. But that is if you're were asking how old is God/Allah.
But, when Allah says that it was not Jesus who was crucified. Then I think everyone has the right to know who.

Again, I deny the Bible, thousand of witnesses of pagans, jews & romans and History, to believe a book that came 600 years after and the book did not even say who was crucified instead...

well If the matter was made dubious for them then whatever they thought of realizing or seeing has no valid weight to prove. everyone is running in a different direction like you have said earlier there are TEN different senarios of what might have happened.
Again, it was made dubious for the people to see that it was not Jesus who was crucified. Allah meant to trick them, so that they would fall and then say "Ah-huh, to Hell you go because you thought He was Jesus but He was not"

Is your faith so weak that you are using the history written by those very people who attempted to crucify Jesus? If the people of Jesus time were ownest people then they would have not attempted to crucify Jesus...
Again, you are copying what Rahma said...
And again I will say, my full reliance is not the extra evidences. But if we omitted the Bible, we can still prove Jesus' crucifixion by using history and witnesses.

So, since you don't believe what Qur'aan revealed let me ask you this question...Have you forgiven those who crucified/killed Jesus? If YES WHY? And what is your problem with Muslims?
Why are you turning this on Muslims???
Anyway, YES, I have forgiven those who crucified Jesus. Because (1) the very same reason Jesus mentioned on the cross. "For they do not know what they're doing", (2) because Jesus said "love your enemies" and finally (3) because I know Christianity is not a revengful religion. Jesus came declared peace, while Muhammed came and declared war.

If you have what was revealed to Jesus (AS) in one book lets debate and if you don't then leave it because it's a shame for me to assume the work of 44 writters as word of GOD.
The Qur'an was written not by Muhammed, but by a follower.
The Bible was directly dictated from God to the writer.
Who's less reliable?

It is not you or me who is selecting the Test on our own choice. Allah has not made known to mankind or mentioned what test HE will be giving on earth to each one...

He may test the wealthy with wealth, He may test those who claim they have knowledge with knowledge, It is HIS will that HE may choose whatever way pleases to him for testing mankind.
You missed my point. The knowledge I was talking about is to know something I have the right to know. That kind of Knowledge.

Why do you need to know who was crucified instead. Is it going to help you in any way? No, you are just searching for information that will not help you to get to heaven. We Muslims believe that if knowing a piece of information that wont help you in your worship of God, then theres no reason to know it.

I don't seem to understand what’s making you assume Allah lied. If you research the sunnah (Way) of Allah then you will find that Allah sent Prophets and knowledge as a guidance to mankind, those who disobeyed the Prophets were punished by Allah.

They planned to kill Jesus, Allah planned to raise Jesus to himself from his mission, So Allah made the matter dubious for those people. Allah revealed in Qur'aan after 600 years that they didn't killed Jesus.

People of Israel testified based on their knowledge that they killed Jesus whereas GOD revealed in Qur'aan that they haven't killed Jesus because the matter was made dubious for them, now those who want to know how it was made dubious for them. Well wait for Jesus to arrive or wait for the Day of Judgment to know for yourself.

If you assume Allah shouldn't have interfered and made the matter dubious for those people when they were about kill Jesus  Let me remind you Prophets are chosen and most beloved people of Allah.

Will you not interfere when some one is harassing your friend for no reason?

What you are asking proves that this is a Test, YES everyone should know it and we will all know it all on Day of Judgement or The Day Jesus arives but until then use what is made clear from Allah.

Tell me do not feel peace in your heart when you read in Qur'aan that they didn't kill your most beloved Jesus (AS) or is it that you are so selfish that you cling to the idea of they did kill Jesus (AS) only because If it is proven that they didn't kill Jesus(AS) you have not been granted salvation?

NOTW said:

I find peace in my heart that when my Lord says they didn't killed Jesus (AS). I do rejoice on this news and seek forgiveness and repent to my Lord so I may attain salvation. My Allah is the acceptor of repentance and I know He is the Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.

I don't care how the matter was made dubious for those bastered who tried to kill Jesus (AS). I am happy that My Lord revealed they didn't kill Jesus (AS). I know my Allah is THE JUST, He will fulfill his promise on appointed time. So wait for that Time.

If you want to refer Bible then quote from a master copy which we can trace back 1500 years or the time of Prophet Jesus (AS).

If you want to use the work of historians then I am sorry because to me for this perticular event is not reliable enough to trust because I believe in Qur'aan and Qur'aan says the matter was made dubious for them.

Why are you turning this on Muslims???

As per your saying you think they did kill Jesus and you forgive those who killed your most beloved person on earth, well then certainly you can forgive any one even those who declare war  RIGHT? so why so many wars? Why so much hatered towards muslims?

NOTW said:

YES Qur'aan was not written by Prophet Muhammad (SAW). It was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from Allah.

Now the followers of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) wrote what was revealed to Prophet Muhammad on paper they (the followers of Prophet Muhammad) are not the author of Qur'aan.

When one claim the bible was directly dictated from GOD to the writer then that writer has to be a Prophet - Sorry to say I know that GOD communicated with Prophets and I know that no Prophet came in-between Prophet Jesus and Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

I don't know, All I can say is they planned to kill Prophet Jesus, GOD saved Prophet Jesus by making the matter dubious for those wicked people. It is enough for me to know GOD saved Jesus and Jesus will descend to earth soon.

It is enough for me to know and I am happy that GOD revealed that HE saved Jesus (AS) from those wicked people. As per as my salvation is concerned I know My Lord is oft forgiving He has indeed forgiven those who seek forgiveness and mend their ways as a sign of serious repentance. He is The Creator, Exceedingly Forgiving, The Just, The Exalter, The All-Hearing.

What's not to understand? The Qur'an says Jesus was not crucified because Allah convinced them it was someone else.Allah lied to the people.

They said they did kill Jesus, Allah replied saying No they didn't kill Jesus. How is this possible

I believe in Allah, He did saved His Prophet from those wicked people. So there is nothing which claims Allah lied beside selfish desire of attaining salvation through Jesus death for those who believe they were able to kill Prophet Jesus (AS)

IN the name of Allah the most beneficent, the most merciful
004.157 That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of God";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

004.158 Nay, God raised him up unto Himself; and God is Exalted in Power, Wise;-

004.159 And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death; and on the Day of Judgment he will be a witness against them;-

so Jesus(as) didn't die & Allah(swt) raised him up to the heaven alive.
this is clear in the mentioned verse, and Allah(swt) will get him down to the earth before the last day, then he will die.

The man who has been killed & crucified was one of the disciples,

he accept to be killed & crucified instead of Jesus(as) in order to be
his companion in the paradise.

and this is the Muslims believes.

you can also read these verses from the Qura'n:
you may have a good look on it..

In the name of Allah the most beneficent, the most merciful
003.052 When Jesus found Unbelief on their part He said: "Who will be My helpers to (the work of) God?" Said the disciples: "We are God's helpers: We believe in God, and do thou bear witness that we are Muslims.

003.053 "Our Lord! we believe in what Thou hast revealed, and we follow the Apostle; then write us down among those who bear witness."

003.054 And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and God too planned, and the best of planners is God.

003.055 Behold! God said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee superior to those who reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection: Then shall ye all return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute.

003.056 "As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help."

003.057 "As to those who believe and work righteousness, God will pay them (in full) their reward; but God loveth not those who do wrong."

003.058 "This is what we rehearse unto thee of the Signs and the Message of Wisdom."

003.059 The similitude of Jesus before God is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was.

003.060 The Truth (comes) from God alone; so be not of those who doubt.

003.061 If any one disputes in this matter with thee, now after (full) knowledge Hath come to thee, say: "Come! let us gather together,- our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves: Then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of God on those who lie!"

003.062 This is the true account: There is no god except God; and God-He is indeed the Exalted in Power, the Wise.

003.063 But if they turn back, God hath full knowledge of those who do mischief.

003.064 Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but God; that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than God." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to God's Will).

Actually you don't know that to be true. That is one interpretation, as I've stated in a previous post. The other interpretation is that one of the men who was trying to kill Jesus was made to look like him when he entered Jesus' house to capture him. When he came back out the men thought he was Jesus and took him, but they searched the house and found that the man who had entered was nowhere to be seen. Jesus had by then been taken up to heaven by God. But the main point is that these are two interpretations of the verses in the Quran. I think the most important argument in the Quran for Jesus not being sacrificed is this verse

Holy Quran: Chapter 4, Verse 157 - That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of God";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

So in that verse, Allah makes it clear that although they thought they were killing Jesus, that in fact they werent.

Allah deceived the men that were sent to capture Jesus for crucifiction into believing it was him when in all actuality it was someone else.A deception can only be defined as a lie.

You think Allah deceived them  Is it not true that those wicked people challenged Allah by plotting against the Messenger of Allah?

It is not befitting for me to explain what I don’t know. I believe in Qur’aan which was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (SAW), Allah says the matter was made dubious for them hence the real knowledge is with Allah about what really happened and how the matter was made dubious for them.

If Qur’aan or Prophet Muhammad (SAW) have clarified as to what happened on that day then surely my response would be no more then what the Qur’aan or Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said.
