This is sure quite a challenge put before you SouthernScotty, and yet God let it get put through.

By going through frustrating situations we learn more that we need to always depend on God, we are helpless without His help.
This tests your patience, and it is understandable you feel angry. Feeling angry when treated unjust and when something bad happens isn't sinful, but when we keep on putting fuel to the fire as well as give in to our own anger acting upon it in an harmful way for ourselves and others, then it is sinful. You shouldn't be afraid of standing up for the truth, though, and you can confront this laywer as long as you also are well-tempered.
"A fool vents all his feelings.
But a wise
man holds them back."
(Proverbs 29:11)
"So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God." (James 1:19-20)
I do agree with what someone else mentioned in here about praying for him and for this situation. Knowing that God is in control, and no matter how it might look like, even if it would seem like everything would get worse, God will get you through in this. And when you:
Just keep on trusting in your God, He has got you where you are! And He won't let you down, but He will strenghten you and help you in everything you do. Also doing what king David did, coming before God with everything, whether it be small or big decisions, it is never too little nor too big for God!
