When Adam and Eve sinned, sin entered the world bringing about death.

Tim, your words - given a corruptible body of death - is confusing. Adam was not given a different body than that he was created with - i.e. from the dust of the earth.

Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

It is not the material that defines who we are. It is who is doing the building.

We are genetic from Adam. God creates a body separate from Adam's genetics. God can form a body in the womb. A body can form genetically in the womb. That is the difference. Jesus was not genetically from Adam, because he had no sin.

I am pretty sure that only a woman of the first century could carry a pregnancy to term. Jesus was formed in the womb by God.

Yes the seed of a woman was the promise given. Pretty sure both Adam and Eve passed sin down equally.
