I saw my ex today. Everything was fine, I didn't even react which surprised me. I thanked God for helping me finally get over what he did and helping me move on. Now tonight, I'm down. Please pray for God to help get him out of my head and help close this door if it is in His will or at least bring me relief from this torturous pain.

Father God, we thank you, Lord, that you are the God of Comfort. You said when you left this earth that you will send the Holy Spirit to us, who is also a comforter.
