You only quoted Scripture-I'm asking about you, about how you line up, how you actually comport yourself every moment of every day.
You and and God, only, especially Him, know the truth as to whether or not you've been so perfected.12 No man hath seen God at any time. IF WE LOVE ONE ANOTHER, GOD DWELLETH IN US, AND HIS LOVE IS PERFECTED IN US.

Yes, I agree with hansen there.fhansen:
"And yet in this life we will not be perfected in love."
Hansen: "The truth is quite far from a person who thinks they've been perfected all at once. They probably need at least a few more years of incubation time in this life."
Wow, pot meet kettle. Also, if the forum does not stop you creating strife on purpose, they have been highlighted and if no Christians here agree, why do they not want an end to strife.
Christians don't agree on a lot of stuff. But the forum disallows the teaching that one can achieve sinless perfection in this life. Also, if the forum does not stop you creating strife on purpose, they have been highlighted and if no Christians here agree, why do they not want an end to strife.

You made the point that sheep don't stray, but they can, and often do. Including believers, who are warned, admonished, and encouraged continuously in Scripture not to stray: to remain in Him, to not be a branch grafted in and cut back off, to do good, to be perfect, to be holy, to put to death the deeds of the flesh, to repent if one falls into sin, to love, to not leave the truth after coming to the knowledge of Christ, to feed the hungry and clothe the naked, to obey the commandments-all with eternal life at stake. Now, if you're perfect in such matters, with never a need for chastisement, then you may well love perfectly, because that's the only thing that would cause such behavior and obedience. Its not isolated, you tried to say the sheep go astray all the time, and didnt agree to the scripture how the ungodly do that but the sheep of Christ never go astray any more
That's how it should be-not how it necessarily is. The church, BTW, is the only place where such agreement has a chance to begin with-because it begins with the truth.Christians are Christians when they agree perfectly in the same mind ( of Christ in them) and judgement.
1 Corinthians 1:10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
