This is where Paul gets into it is not "how" that you let anyone judge you on.. In other words, do not get caught up in the Pharisee way, but continue to abide in obedience to God regarding on the keeping of the feasts, sabbaths or new moon celebrations.. THey are the shadow of things to come, and the body is of Christ. So be a part of His body.. Emulate Him in these matters.

In Hebrew to "believe" means there is a follow through into action as in obedience to the commandments of Adonai, our LORD. The western/greek mindset thinks and has been taught that it is just a mental head knowledge kind of thing. pharisees = judaizers?? who can say.. but they are ones who get into the details of "how" which is what Paul is dealing with... It is the obedience and not in the rituals that are important... ritualizers are very particular about the hows and that is what Paul is fighting against.

Obviously they were judged for not keeping it. They were forcing all those things on the church, Paul said no. It wasn't about how, just no!

Read 2:5, he was glad they were fighting off the false teachers.

How so? The same author John the Revelator also wrote this:

And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. I John 3:23

He also wrote this:

If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. John 15:10

Both of which identify Jesus' commandments are not the ones mentioned in the OT.

thank you... It took a lot of serious prayer and studying the Word of God without worldly influences to understand God's kingdom.. Then it took a lot of serious study and prayer to understand the arguments of man..

So what is the your purpose for being here? Why are you complaining about the lenght of time it took you to write a post? I have spent 8 hours on a single post and never complained or stated how long it took me. I also do other sites.

I am here because I love God (JHWH) and the truth. I despise false teaching with a vengeance from the heart. I recognize that heresy is a requirement in a healthy church. Otherwise the truth will not be heard.

Look if you do not want to hear both sides of the coin you are at the wrong place. I am not here to argue with you or because I have nothing else to do. Your ideas are counter to Christianity (at least NC Christianity as if there were such a thing as OC Christianity) in my opinion and you have offered nothing to support your ideas in this forum except 10,000 pages of stuff you want me to read so I will be like you. The Bible isn't even near that long. You bring your nuggets here and folks will examine them.
