I didn't bring it up and when it was brought up I rejected it yet @HARK! continues to repeat it as my argument which I continue to reject. it's not forced in the sense that I must accept it, it's forced in the sense it doesn't belong and it's unwanted like someone constantly hitting you with a fly swatter.
You must see sabbath as something to obey and not as a gift to receive. Have you never experienced the rest of God? Do you not seek it? This is crux of the Sabbath.
YHWH's covenant is with Israel.

Also what does it mean when the Son of God says to come to him and he will give us rest? What word did he use when he spoke of this "rest"? Should we seek this rest? And when is it available?
