I agree! if one of my boys gets sick at school, I want to be notified and judge for myself if he/she needs to come home.

That's not nice faithmum. My little guy was sick at school yesterday. Thankfully no-one else got it, but he threw up at school. They didn't ring me to come and get him either, so he was a bit upset because "I couldn't get clean clothes or brush my teeth"

The reason the teacher gave for not ringing me was he seemed fine afterwards, but still..... I just said in the future please ring me anyway.!!!!!!!

I would be upset, too. I don't get why they did not...well, hopefully if there is a next time.

Jake has been having night terrors I think. He cries and I go in, but he doesn't wake up! He just cries! Then he rolls over and goes to sleep!
Then last night, Stephen woke me up and said "mommy, Jake is in my bed and he won't get out!" I said Jake cannot be in your bed! Stephen said yes he is and i want to go to sleep!
So i went in and sure enough, Jake was in Stephen's bed crying...and asleep!!
I picked Jake up and put him back in his own bed, and he rolled over sleeping soundly. honestly!
My DH had night terrors when he was young. He used to sleep walk with them! yikes ! I hope Jake doesn't start sleep walking!

Yikes, my youngest has them, but she will fight me if I interrupt.

The younger son walked and talked in his sleep, but was peaceful about it. It was pretty funny at times.

I think I used to sleepwalk as a kid...I remember some weird stuff like waking up in the backyard on the AFB, but I honestly don't know if that wasn't just a dream!!!

Nick used to be a restless sleeper...he'd be all over the crib! Now he sleeps like a rock!
Stephen sometimes cries out in his sleep. But I have never had any experience with a sleep walker!

Good morning!!

Field trip with dd's 2nd grade class today. Can't ride the bus with them; want to take my little one with. It's gonna be cool; we are going to the LV Strip, to the Caesar's Palace Forums Shops. Very nice place; too nice for my pocket book!!!

My son Nick has one coming in June, to the Magic Forest in Lake George, NY.
I'll be meeting the class there. My MIL is going to watch my other 2 boys.

I applaud all you SAHM. I'm back at work taking Betsy with me though 3 x a week. I'm hoping to find a nanny for August as I am due to go to a conference for 2 weeks. I will miss her.
